The room and bed are clean and comfortable, but the toilets and washroom are bad. There is mould everywhere in toilets and bathrooms, although toilet basins are modern and have heating and it is quite a struggle to open and close as the door is so hard to open. There is a cat, which is quite nice and adorable. Need to fix toilets and washrooms.

The place is very nice and cozy. It's only an 8-minute walk to the metro station, which is very convenient. The room was super clean and the staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

There was a very cute cat! The hostel staff were very welcoming and accomodating and helpful. The Hostel was in a great location, with a convenience store in the same building and a metro station down the road. Rooms were very well kept and everything was tidy. The toilet seats were heated and fancy. Definitely reccomend!

Decent clean efficient option. Not the most ideal location, in a more business area without too much in the immediate proximity.

There were loud snoring, drums and firecrackers at night. I couldn't sleep the whole night. Three middle-aged people snored in the middle of the night. They didn't arrange a room for young people. The slippers smelled bad even after disinfection. The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled by myself. It was very troublesome to go to the front desk. I turned it down a little, but the front desk said that the boss said it could not be turned down. The overall stay experience was very poor.

Beyond expectations, I stayed for one night while changing trains in Hangzhou. The environment was very good, the public bathroom was very clean, there was a smart toilet, and a single shower. The stairs to the upper bunk were a bit narrow, so it was not very convenient to go up and down. It would be better to stay in the lower bunk. Everything else was perfect, and there was a very well-behaved cat
