來這邊玩的，選了這家酒店，房間很大，不得不説酒店前台服務真的很好，真的有求必應，前台Minnie小姐姐有問必答，也會想辦法幫我解決，房間進去就感覺很舒服，退房時的Lisa也是非常温柔，服務沒得説，馬路對面又是萬達，玩的地方也多，很推薦！

這次入住真的超出預期！從進門那一刻就感受到賓至如歸的服務，前台小姐姐ting笑容親切，辦理入住高效又貼心。房間寬敞明亮浴室乾濕分離設計很人性化。我們是用作婚房的，小姐姐幫我們介紹浴缸的特色，更換紅色布品等，還貼心的幫我做了延退，早餐品種豐富，現煮的當地特色麪點讓我每天都有期待。位置也很便利，步行5分鐘就到地鐵站。下次出來玩兒也一定會再選這家！🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

先説好的方面，全日餐廳服務很周到，讓我一早安排的日程很順利；下面説説其他，辦理入住時前台衹説了三句話，總覺得少了什麼也説不上來，於是説明瞭下不要走廊最後一間，給當我説法是我這個房型都在邊上，房子是回字形，但房間也比較靠裡麪～嗯～到了房間拉開窗簾就是滿是空調外機的屋頂平台～給的説法就是我可以取消訂單，訂個便宜的，就到中間去了，真是牛蛙（整幢樓是衹有這靠近平台的一間房間嗎～）終於換了個前台人員，換了西北面的房間；幾個小時後發現空調依然不製冷，打電話，來了兩個工程部的人，原來酒店空調還沒保養，好啊好啊，現場開始清理出風口；更別提游泳池4月開始停用，四台電梯壞了兩台，中餐廳是外包出去不能送餐，送餐機器人當場罷工，淋浴間肉眼可見的需要買雙拖鞋等，我再次懷疑是不是我看錯酒店名字，是洲際的沒錯👍

皇冠加持的酒店總體還是不錯的，服務很不錯，前台小姐姐還贈送了早餐，衹是現在的尷尬季節，大型酒店都是中央空調機組，開關成本的原因吧，房間裏還沒有外面舒暢了

The check-in experience was perfect. Tina, the front desk lady at the hotel, upgraded our room for free and gave us welcome fruit. It was a great experience. The overall layout of the room is simple and looks very comfortable. The room size is also OK and spacious. The hotel is near the business district and is very convenient for travel. We had a good rest at night and it was very quiet. I will choose this hotel again next time. When we checked out, we had a lot of luggage, and the concierge, Issac, took the initiative to help us with the luggage. He was very enthusiastic.
