The staff were very helpful. It’s clean and modern. The location is nearby a metro station, five to ten minutes walk. The river is very close, and is pleasant for a relaxing walk.

I recently stayed at atour s and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location is perfect, situated close to major attractions and with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious options. However, I did encounter one issue: the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the internet connection was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. This was particularly inconvenient as I had some work tasks to complete during my stay. Despite the Wi-Fi issue, I still had a great time at atour and would recommend it to others, especially if reliable internet is not a priority for your visit.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my 4-nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Great convenient location and lot of attractions nearby, 3 minutes walkable to metro

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service standard is impeccable from the time we checked in, greeted by a helpful receptionist who is warm and patient despite our arrival close to midnight. The breakfast spread is generous. The service staff of the F&B and Housekeeping were very friendly and welcoming. By and large, hotel is very clean with a cozy ambiance and pointed decor. The subway station is very conveniently located, facilitating a fuss free travel to places of interests in Hangzhou.

Location is good and room is clean

I've stayed in so many hotels, but this one is really impressive. The location is excellent, with a subway station and a shopping mall just outside, making it very convenient for shopping. The room has great lighting and a wide view, with beautiful views of the city. The sanitation is also very good, and the bedding is changed after each guest. I feel very safe staying here. I will choose this hotel for business trips and travels in the future!
