Overall not a bad hotel in the outskirt area. Room temperature and space is acceptable.

I am very happy with the hotel as the room are clean and they have upgraded our room to bigger one without any additional charges, free additional breakfast as well. Breakfast are superb nice

I have never stayed in such a bad Vienna. First of all, the fifth floor is a newly built floor with a strong decoration smell. The sound insulation between floors and rooms is extremely poor. The air conditioner in the room is simply devastating. When the temperature is lower than 19 degrees, it makes the sound of the engine blowing. Don't even think about sleeping. Just turn it off and cover yourself with a blanket. Do you think you can sleep like this? There is a louder sound waiting for you, which is the sound of the sewer in the next room. It's like a flood. It didn't stop all night. I spent hundreds of dollars and suffered all night. It's really devastating. I never comment. I'll leave my first comment here! I just don't recommend choosing this hotel carefully!

The service is not good.
