Hotel service was good, good breakfast, good location. But the room was too old. Averything looked old. Old design, used too long.

Everything was excellent. Hotel is exactly per photos in trip.com no traps. Clean, great service, room size and layout is perfect. MRT station is literary right at the doorstep. Love the hotel design.

Loation is excellent. Only thing is staffs at front desk can't speak English well.

This hotel is really near to the MRT station (line # 4 green) , just walk about 100 meters from the hotel lobby, the receptionist guy is really nice, they give me a free early check in because the room is available, the room is clean, and there are some restaurants, and minimart on front of MRT gate. I will back here when i go to Hangzhou again.

The hotel is located in the very picturesque place, there is a good view at the river outside the windows, very helpful staff and tasty breakfasts. I was satisfied with the services provided by this hotel such as SPA, gym and free parking. Looking forward to stay next time in this hotel.

Came to the Lotus Hotel to watch a concert, booked this hotel, absolutely satisfied! The location is excellent, there is Metro Line 4 downstairs, and it takes 15 minutes to get to Lotus Hotel. It is also a direct stop from Hangzhou East Station, about 20 minutes. The room is clean and comfortable. I booked a river view room, and I can see the Lotus Hotel on the other side of the river, which is a great view! The service is generally satisfactory. When checking in, there are 3 front desk staff, but they are a little slow and the waiting time is long. The waiter at the luggage storage is nice, he is from Northeast China, and he also kindly reminded that if you are worried about losing the storage voucher, you can take a photo first. Thank you!
