The hotel is located in a prime location, just steps from West Lake. The historic Western-style building, with its charming courtyard, gives you a homely feeling. The rooms are well-equipped and the service is excellent. It's worth a return visit.

The staff is friendly and the living environment is quiet in a busy city. The West Lake is right outside the door and the transportation is convenient. It is very suitable for family travel. I will choose it again when I go to West Lake next time.

Right by the West Lake, it is a great advantage during the May Day holiday. As soon as you enter the yard, you are isolated from the crowds and noise.
There are not many people staying here, the house has a sense of history, and the layout is reasonable.
Breakfast, toiletries, and fruit plates are all carefully prepared.
There are no service staff in the building. If you need anything, sometimes no one will answer the phone. But their attitude towards people is very nice and warm.
