After checkin in the hotel, I found the room air conditioning was leaking. So I went to the lobby to complain about it and they immediately upgraded my room. It was an excellent service.

Old style classic design hotel. Bathtub in the room was really big ! Staff didn’t speak English but they tried to be helpful ! Excellent breakfast! Chef recognized me every morning and remembered which ingredients I use for soup !

The swimming pool, a major draw for us on a sweltering summer day, proved to be a letdown. The hotel's once-grand ambiance, reminiscent of its heyday in the early 2000s, sadly felt dated. Moreover, two members of our group of seven suffered bites from bed bugs, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.
