Very nice and new modern hotel. Reception staff wore beautiful uniforms.

The place was very quite clean and nice ambiance. Easy to access and very close to the speed train. Friendly staff and very supportive to the customers. I recommend this hotel as one of the best places to stay as a very happy and satisfied customer.

Counter staff was attentive to our needs. Must mentioned that the doorman gave us shelter during the rain and unloaded our heavy luggages from the car without being told. Tea was served to us at the reception counter and every detailed explained to us when we checked in. The breakfast spread was great and food was in abundance. The location was right in front of the metro exit which is a huge plus point. The room was spacious and every piece of furniture was well thought out during space planning I will definitely stay in this hotel again

The hotel is supposed to be 4 star but the service is not so . After we checked in , we found out the soap and other items in the shower were empty. Wi-Fi was not existent in the room . After we complained, the front desk said that is nothing they can do. The location is good , walking distance to Hangzhou East train station, about 15 minutes away on the right facing Ningbo road.

Bedroom is spacious. Bathroom is cool. Cleanliness is good. Location is good. Very convenient to walk around that area. Hotel is very near to the raffles tower.

The hotel is near Hangzhou East Station, and the subway station is a 5-minute walk away, with convenient transportation. There are many people coming to participate in the competition and check in, but the service is still in place, and hot water is handed over as soon as they come. The room has not been cleaned yet, and the front desk lady Xiaoqing is very nice. I only waited for a moment and quickly contacted to clean the room and check in. In addition, I didn’t book the same room type for two days, and helped me coordinate to extend my stay the next day, so I didn’t have to move my luggage and change rooms. The room is very large and spacious, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower and toilet are separated. There is a self-service laundry room on the 7th floor, with laundry detergent and softener. It is very convenient to change clothes and dry them when I just came back from my hometown during the Chinese New Year.

Very close to the high-speed rail station. There is also a subway entrance at the door. It is very convenient. I stay here every time I come to Hangzhou because the room is really big. However, the air conditioner is really loud. It is a bit difficult for light sleepers to fall asleep. I think the service is very good. The staff are very enthusiastic. Recommended.
