Friendly staff with great assistance. Close proximity to the West Lake tourist attractions and restaurants. Will definitely be back the next time round.

Location was perfectly at west lake and rather convenient to didi around. Our room was one with the lake view- but honestly the exterior was unkempt and not well maintained so it was just blocks of trees blocking as we were on a low floor (~3). Requires walking up flights of stairs too so be mindful of your luggage. It’s more of a 民宿 so there wasnt really security guards either and technically the food delivery person can literally walk up and leave the food outside your room door. Rather safe still! Just that there’s a few homestay here and location wise for a driver - not the easiest to spot. Other than that - pleased with our room stay, area is big, toilet is big! Additional 2nd bed is kinda a tatami one so not the softest but we added cushions. Nonetheless still happy with the stay :)

Xixia Xiaozhu Boutique Hôtel is quite unique by its location : located inside the historical site of Hangzhou West Lake, we enjoyed the calm, the harmony of the lake view from our room, and the best conditions to walk, enjoy and visit ! We enjoyed also the fact that the hotel is also unique, as you stay inside the buildings of a former temple : everything there is authentical. In this charming place, of course, no escalators, no lifts, simply chic and use the stairs the monks climbed for centuries ! Our room had the charm of traditional furnitures with a quite complete set of modern equipment (TV, WiFi, air cond., heating, minibar, tub...) The personal were always available to our needs, and always took care for our stay. The hotel has also a nice and excellent terrace restaurant, were we tasted an original and sophisticated Chinese 'cuisine'. As we are French, we specially appreciated !

the location was great, right in front of the lake, but everything else is quite limit. The american breakfast is not available, however, the chinese breakfast was not too bad. There is no coffee available.

The hotel environment is very good, the hot water is sufficient, the bed is very comfortable, the Broken Bridge of West Lake is just outside the door, the service is very warm, it is worth recommending.

The location is really advantageous. You can go to the Broken Bridge of West Lake very early in the morning. The sound insulation needs to be improved. The boss is very nice. He helped us with our luggage and suggested tour routes. The scenery that can be seen while lying in bed is more suitable for lazy people like me.

Thanks to the boss for upgrading the room for free, which brought a surprise to this pleasant and relaxing holiday. The hotel is in a very good location, where you can sit and watch the people coming and going on the Broken Bridge; it only takes 5 minutes to climb up the stairs of the hotel to the Pagoda Hill, and you can see the West Lake at a glance; the breakfast is nutritious and delicious, and it is delivered to the room for individual consumption; I really recommend it.

Right next to the Broken Bridge of West Lake, I went there early in the morning to see the quiet Broken Bridge. When I returned to the room at 9 o'clock, I looked out the window and saw that it was already full of people. I especially liked the duvet, which was so comfortable.

The location of the B&B is excellent. The Broken Bridge is right outside the door, and you can enjoy the scenery right at the door of the B&B. There are direct buses to Lakeside Yintai and Lingyin Temple, which is very convenient. The boss has a very good service attitude and upgraded us to a lake view room on the second floor. On rainy days, we can enjoy the West Lake in the room.

It turned out that Boss Wei had turned on the heating in advance to isolate the damp and cold winter in Hangzhou. It was really thoughtful, and I instantly liked him! Think about my friend reminding me to bring an electric blanket before, and the comparison is simply a world of difference. The location of the homestay is superior beyond imagination. It is only 100 meters away from the Broken Bridge in a straight line. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is an "exclusive warm room" next to the Broken Bridge. Stroll to the Broken Bridge in your spare time and feel the romantic legend of Xu Xian and White Snake. It is comfortable and comfortable. Boss Wei also enthusiastically shared the travel guide and told me that I can reach the top of Baoshi Mountain in 15 minutes by foot and have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of the entire West Lake. The wooden facilities exuded a warm luster, and every detail revealed simplicity and warmth. The room and bathroom are spacious and well-planned, and a family will not feel cramped at all. At seven o'clock in the morning, the sun sprinkled on the bed through the gap in the curtains. Gently open the curtains, tourists on the Broken Bridge came and went with umbrellas. The picture was like a flowing ink painting, and the poetry of life was fully displayed at this moment. This stay at Xixia Xiaozhu was an unforgettable experience. Whether it was the enthusiastic service of Boss Wei or the excellent location and comfortable environment of the homestay, they were impeccable. I sincerely recommend it to every friend who comes to Hangzhou, and I believe you will fall in love with it too! Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will definitely choose Xixia Xiaozhu!

The location is quite advantageous, across the road is the Broken Bridge, upstairs is the Baoshi Mountain. It is quite suitable to come here in a short time. The room is log-style and very clean and refreshing, and the service is also very warm.

The accommodation is relatively simple, but the location is great. The hotel is at the end of the Broken Bridge. You can watch the sunrise at the Broken Bridge by crossing the road. You can even see the Broken Bridge from the room. I will choose this place again next time.
