We had a pleasant 5 day stay in this hotel. Location is  ideal. Very helpful , friendly and pleasant staff especially the guy. Will surely return.

I would say 10/10 they even provide snack and tea or coffee time free as much as u want

Thin walls could hear people talk and cough night plus location off the beaten road , Also if you are brining suit cases be ready to walk up 3 flights as only 2 Rooms available on ground floor .

A sweet hotel and incredibly good value for money. Location is good for walking to night market and to the old city (10-15 minute walk to each) but near to a bit of a wasteland. Staff are really lovely and helpful. Food was good (but a little pricey). The rooms do look bigger in the photos - but are reasonable. My only issue was with the bedding which was usually stained. Overall a good budget bed and breakfast!

We love this hotel so much! The room is clean and the decoration is beautiful. The staff is really sweet and friendly with lovely lovely smile. There was a cute puppy Pao(Haha, not sure about the name in Thai). We had really comfortable stay. It has to be a perfect choice in Chiang Mai. Also, the hotel is full of environmental protection conception and notices, which I consider to be a extraordinary idea. Good memory forever.

Was everything great!

We checked in at about 11.30pm, but the reception desk was closed. After we rang the doorbell, a service staff came down to open the door 5 minutes later. Their service attitude was very friendly and good. After all, it was really tiring to be woken up in the middle of the night to serve guests. I have to give a thumbs up to the service staff. We were arranged to stay in the room on the bottom floor. When we woke up in the morning, we could hear the sound of breakfast being cooked and smell the breakfast. It felt very homely. The breakfast was rich and delicious, which is definitely the reason why I would stay again.

The accommodation is beautiful and peaceful. The small garden in front of the hotel is very relaxing. The reception staff are very nice and friendly. There is a welcome drink with a good taste. There are snacks, food, and instant noodles provided.

It's quiet and clean, but there's a smell coming from the bathroom and the water pressure is too weak.

The environment is perfect in every way. The bathroom is clean and there is a hair dryer. The location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.
