民宿地理位置非常好，設計感很強，小哥哥人也非常熱情。步行十分鐘就是光明寺水庫，站在陽台上可以俯瞰茶景，院子裏的兩棵樹也十分漂亮。

入住體驗差強人意，沒有達到預期的原因主要是，原本住兩個晚上，到了民宿服務人員一直強調讓我從網上退房然後私下在前台定一下就可以，便宜80元，但是我們兩個女生住還是想在網上定有保障，結果服務小哥就一直再給我發訊息督促網上退款，一系列的督促，後來實在無語，房間退了我們第二天也沒有住，房間隔音極差，樓上有人走路在房間的棚頂都有點顫抖，外邊有人説話屋裡聽的清清楚楚，以後一定不會再入住。

第二次回來住這家店體驗不是很喜歡。第一次來整體印象都不錯，所以這次來杭州又想再來這個可以醒來就看茶山的民宿。不過第二次再來住整體的感受並不是很好，雖然還是原來的樣子，總感覺缺了點温馨舒適的體驗，比如户外的休息區域可以打掃擺放好讓客人可以隨時使用，客房服務需要及時，比如取一次性拖鞋不要讓客人等太久。客人退房及時收拾房間衞生，而不是客人快到了才收拾。退房早聯繫不到民宿負責人，客人放了卡留訊息後方便的時間可以回覆一下確認收到房卡。整體的服務需要及時響應，這是服務業不可缺少的耐心和細心。建議店家用心經營，勿散漫。
