這家民宿真的很不錯，老闆話不多但是很貼心，我們當時打算喝一瓶藿香正氣水免費送了我們一瓶礦泉水，而且酒店衞生真的很乾凈，我們定的便宜，所以空間小一點，但是採光很好

太棒啦。這間民宿不但離杭州西湖很近，而且環境優美，房間打掃的非常乾淨和整潔。最重要的是他們會在每位房客離開後仔細清理，若是發現有客人遺留重要物品忘記取走，他們會妥善保管，並積極的通知客人來領取。
我就是其中一位粗心大意的客人，我不小心遺留了一個電視机上盒的紙盒。由於我是旅美台胞，因為持有美國手機，所以他們無法連繫上我。等到我發現東西不見時，我己經來到了上海。等到我連繫上他們時，他們十分熱心的幫忙我把紙盒快遞到上海我住的旅館。
非常感謝他們的服務，也極力推薦這間優質民宿給所有人。因為有了他們做後盾，遊客只管盡興的玩，再也不用憺心會遺漏些什麼貴重物品，因為他們會幫忙粗心的旅客看管好任何遺漏的物品。
