The Room was very clean. The tv is blurry. The WiFi was not very stable The bed was good. The water flow was strong. There is a little fridge in the room. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I really like this place and will choose this hotel again the next time I visit China

The location in Manjuelong is pretty good, but it's really hard to find a room. I guess there are a lot of rooms on one floor and I spent a long time looking for them. Parking is free. The facilities and equipment are about 70% new.

The second time I stayed here, the first time was okay, but the second time was really average. Maybe the land in Hangzhou is very expensive, the room was very cramped, and parking was inconvenient. We arrived in the early morning and was very sleepy. Then we were asked to park somewhere, and then in the morning Move somewhere at seven o'clock. Choose carefully when driving. Stopping here will kill you. They are all near West Lake, so you can choose other hotels to check out. It's about the same distance, so it's very convenient to take a taxi or rent an electric car.

My reservation on Ctrip showed check-out at 14:00 (as shown below). We received a call from the front desk at 11:56 that day, asking if we would like to extend our stay. After we replied that we would not extend our stay, we were told to check out at 12:00. First of all, regardless of whether I originally showed check-out at 14:00, even if I called to remind customers to check-out, it would be four minutes before check-out would be at 12:00. . If it is a problem with Ctrip or the computer, you can try to communicate with Ctrip and give feedback. Why are you complaining to customers all the time? ? Can't you treat the customer well when you are leaving after staying for so many days?
