Location wasn’t the greatest but otherwise a convenient traveler’s hostel in Hangzhou. Be aware that, like other traveler’s hostels targeted towards Chinese travelers, there is often a lot of noise in the rooms, as one person here woke me up multiple times at night talking on the phone at 1-5am. If you want more peace and quiet, maybe consider a foreign-focused hostel.

The best hostel I have ever stayed at. It has a truly inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, and the price is quite affordable. As someone from a minority group, I was pleasantly surprised to see gender-friendly bathrooms—something you don’t often find. The public space is spacious and vibrant, with performances every evening. There’s even a free cleaning kit, and the bathrooms feature automatic toilets with heated seats. Everything here is thoughtfully designed and genuinely impressive.

Good price with shower set, staff are friendly. Main area no window so a little bit dark and small, crowded with guests. / The bathroom quality are good, but the zoning are not really good. Men and Women are in the same area. Women are inner zone and men on the outer zone. There are no walls or curtains separating them. / Good laundry room

one of the rare places where the front desk can speak english. the neighborhood is ok, not many things to eat or drink around so may rely on delivery.

Even the staffs here are unable to speak english but whenever I needed assistance, they still willing to help me. I’d recommend this place for short term visitor but please note that it’s a bit crowded in the morning for using bathroom sometimes.

I've tried many hostels since I'm traveling and this one is probably amoung the best I've been to. The place is very friendly and warm and there is many things to do (instruments, board games, TV...). The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is perfect (best shower room I had in 3 month of different hostels !). Overall, I really liked staying in this hostel. Thank you for the staff to make this place that welcoming ! If I come back to Hangzhou I will definitely come back here :)

Each bed is equipped with a corresponding smart lock cabinet. There is a small table lamp on the bed, 24-hour air conditioning and hot water. There is never a queue in the washroom and toilet. The bedding is changed for each guest. I hope you can sleep well after the journey. The public area is also our feature. There are travelers from all over the world sharing stories, piano, guitar, werewolf killing activities in the evening, and some outdoor activities are usually organized. The atmosphere is great. If you have any questions during your stay, feel free to communicate with the front desk. We are on duty 24 hours a day. We are very happy to satisfy you.
