Whether you're heading to West Lake or nearby shopping malls, a taxi from the hotel will only cost the minimum fare. Even Hangzhou East Railway Station is just about a 20-minute drive, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were both welcoming and professional. They not only quickly processed our arrival but also gave us detailed recommendations for things to see and do nearby. Throughout our stay, any requests we had were promptly addressed by the staff, whose service was truly outstanding.
