酒店在客人離店後還會再次確認是否已離店，是否續住，內部系統的訊息好像不太對齊，不過比較重視客户滿意度，客户回訪做的很細緻。
總之，雖有不足，但是仍是會選擇再次入住的酒店。如果時間充足，下次希望可以去樓上泳池玩一玩。
