入住的體驗感非常好，遇到的每位員工都很熱情，服務態度特別棒，無論是大堂還是房間的衞生都很乾凈，由於是一個人的旅行，所以入住前特意打電話諮詢了前台入住的時間以及流程，接電話的前台叫Max 這位小姐姐不僅人長的漂亮説話態度和語氣都讓人非常舒適，整個通話過程中也沒有因為我問題太多而顯得不耐煩，很喜歡這種有耐心且對酒店各個方面瞭解非常透徹的小美女，另外這個酒店離景區近，出入很方便，以後來杭州就選這家啦。
