位址好、出行方便，酒店乾淨，服務周到，停車方便。

地理位置：很好很好。山坡下來就是河坊街很方便也很安靜
房間設施：以客棧民宿為標準的話 應該是準五星了。以酒店標準 準4星
衞生情況：阿姨打掃的速度有些慢
浴池：套房浴池好像不能泡澡。房間裏射燈3個裡麪壞了2個 感覺亮度差很多
服務態度：很好/周到/體貼
其他：沒有早餐確實不方便 雖然説周圍有很多吃的 但是大夏天 對於年紀大的人要外出還是很不方便的。外賣是唯一選擇
停車：可以事先和客棧説好 免費

Amazing stay, service of the staff is much better than a five-star hotel - very courteous and helpful. Even cleaning staff are very polite
Staff also helped to give us extra water when we ran out.
There was renovations going on, but didnt affect us because we were out during the day.
Room is decent, open concept of bathroom is very comfortable and easy to walk around.
Went in summer and aircon is really good.
Room comes with tea set and free tea leaves. Smart TV easy to use, bedding is firm and comfortable!
I wasnt planning to visit Hangzhou again, but would definitely return for this stay!
Location: right next to hefang st and hangzhou museum.

設施：齊全，娃喜歡在大浴缸裏泡着澡看電視，房間比較大，晚上很安靜
衞生：還好吧
環境：背靠吳山，杭州博物館隔壁，緊鄰河坊街，購物吃飯方便，離吳山廣場地鐵和西湖也很近
服務：有歡迎水果飲料，小姐姐很親切
