Hot spring Hotels in Hangzhou

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

A good place for a weekend vacation. I did a few days of research and finally chose this one. The living experience is really good. The room is large, with two balconies, and the outdoor hot spring scenery is good, which is very photogenic. The hotel service is excellent, and the lobby manager Tingting is beautiful and the service is also beautiful. The uncle who opened the door at the door was impressive. He saluted every time he entered and exited, and gave two bottles of water.

It's a beautiful hotel with many design highlights, but there are too many service defects. The day before check-in, a housekeeper came to confirm the check-in in advance. Soon after the call, another front desk staff member came to confirm the check-in. The same information was repeated again. Obviously, there was no communication between departments and positions. The funny thing is that I arrived at the hotel at the check-in time agreed twice in advance, and I was still told that the room was not ready. The check-in time was particularly embarrassing. There was no hotel staff at the door when I arrived at the hotel. There were obviously a lot of empty parking spaces, but they were locked and not allowed to park. Because there were elderly people and a lot of luggage in the car, without security personnel, concierge personnel, and front desk personnel, we picked a parking space to park by ourselves, put down the luggage and the elderly first, and told the front desk staff when checking in that we would park the car in the underground garage later. As a result, a sloppy and angry security manager rushed out and started to yell at us for parking in the front desk guest area. In front of the elderly, we instantly lost the feeling of being guests and felt very embarrassed. May I ask: Didn't we park in the parking area? Where were your security and concierge five or six minutes before and after we parked our car and unloaded our luggage? Even if we didn't park in the right parking space, couldn't we use the most basic etiquette of the service industry to talk nicely? Also, as a hotel employee, can't you button up your black suit, tie your tie properly, and go out with a smile? The subsequent front desk, hot spring, and catering services were all good, and many timely remedial service measures also made our stay more pleasant. But it was still this black uniform staff. I saw him many times in the hotel, either arrogantly passing by the guests without any polite greetings or service manners, or wandering around the underground parking area with his clothes untidy and his collar wide open. Could he be a relative of the boss? It really destroyed the service atmosphere of an international brand hotel.

Highly recommended! This is the first time I'm eager to give a good review for a hotel. The hotel is very close to the Broken Bridge of West Lake, and the transportation is also very convenient. It looks like a homestay, but it is amazing inside. The room we were given is very large, and the supplies are complete, even alcohol cotton pads for wiping the toilet seat, and the shower gel is all L'Occitane. There is a clothes drying rack in the room, which is convenient for drying some clothes. For the semi-self-service breakfast, you can check the breakfast you want before checking in. It tastes very good, and they helped us pack it if we couldn't finish it. They also gave us a camera, but we didn't have enough time to use it. I want to go again next time I travel~ The concierge service at the front desk is also superb, very gentle and good attitude, really highly recommended~

Love every bit of this hotel, from the exterior to customer service. Would highly recommend this if you want to get away from the city. Our family spend a lot of time in the hotel, there is complimentary steamboat, outdoor hot spring, daily activities and the beautiful lake nearby.

Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

I love this hotel so much! The environment here is beautiful and the air is fresh, which makes me feel physically and mentally comfortable. What I am particularly satisfied with is that you can fish and enjoy a variety of flowers in the hotel. Moreover, the hotel also provided the opportunity to take photos wearing Hanfu and cheongsam, which made me feel the strong cultural atmosphere. In addition, the hotel’s homemade green plum wine and green plum sauce are so delicious! Every bite is full of the sweetness of fresh fruits, which makes me have endless aftertaste. The breakfast and a la carte dishes are also very delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family so they can experience the beauty and uniqueness of this place. The service of this hotel is beyond imagination, the staff member even drive us around the lake area and pick us up after the day, the breakfast is amazing and they customized the options for our likes. There are a complimentary afternoon tea plus another cake and fruit delivered later in the day. You will ever be hungry here :) The hotel is stylish, well equipped with everything you need for your trip, in the amenity bag you receive lamer face cream and cpb cleanser and much more. The kids vanity pack is also very good quality. We had very good time during our five night stays.

In winter, I went to Tuankou Zhongan Hot Spring Resort to take a bath. I chose the two-day and one-night Huizun Hot Spring Duplex (two-bedroom) Suite Package. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are transparent and bright, extending the natural mountain atmosphere into the room. The simple and elegant interior and the winding mountains outside the window are fascinating at first sight. In addition to the outdoor hot spring pool, each room has a hot spring entrance. Lying in the private bathtub on the balcony, you can enjoy the distant mountains and gurgling streams outside the window while giving your body a full body SPA. It is very comfortable! In addition to free welcome fruits, drinks and afternoon tea, four buffet dinners and six buffet breakfasts are also given. The dining location is at the ”Quanweifang” on the top of the mountain, with excellent views. I drove here by myself, parked my car downstairs in the villa where I lived, and used a shuttle bus for travel. It is available on call 24 hours a day, which is very convenient.

I lay there for two days, and then Work hard! then! On the recommendation of a friend, I found a Hangzhou Vallie Hotel located on the south side of West Lake in Hangzhou, 20 minutes away from the city center, and next to the Liuhe Pagoda Park next to the Qianjiang First Bridge ~ This hotel is the one I clicked on the picture from I fell in love immediately... He almost fulfilled all my imagination! It is worth noting that the hotel is located in a tea field next to the trail. There are four courtyards in total, each of which is surrounded by towering old trees. When you look up, you can see the trees and when you look down, you can see the flowers. The white walls and black tiles are really suitable for people like me who want to place themselves. For those of you who want to be empty, you are completely silent in the clear water and green mountains ~ By the way, the temperature in Hangzhou happened to be cooling down and it started to rain a little on the day I booked. The housekeeper was very considerate, from picking me up to check in, to getting me a free upgrade to a courtyard with a private pool because the regular room I booked had not been disinfected. Room ~ I really never thought about soaking in a hot spring alone, using the speakers in the hotel room to play my favorite melody🎶Looking at the drizzle and smoke in the mountains, I picked up the free red wine from the minibar, that moment... I seem to have let go of all the fatigue and stress of life, and just want time to freeze there... (Everything you can see in the minibar is provided for free) As for the daily necessities in the hotel, I took a look at them, including a full set of Bvlgari supplies, a Dyson hair dryer, and a big-name stereo. Because I’m not digitally savvy, so… I can only say it’s big-name, haha, there are many more… …I won’t say it anymore, because I only saw the facilities provided by top luxury hotels, and I can’t name many brands. correct! Be sure to go to the hotel's supporting restaurant, which is also in the valley. It's called ”Nineteen by the Creek”. I searched it and it was probably French cuisine. I don't like seafood, so I just ordered a drink and sat there in a daze~ But Because of my Internet work, I haven’t seen the daylight for a long time, so it’s a great experience~ And there’s more! I didn't want to take pictures at first, but after I came here, my mood completely changed, so I grabbed the housekeeper and took pictures for me! The housekeeper is really considerate and cooperative! And it’s beautifully shot!
