Service: The hotel service is very good. Seeing that I brought my children here, I upgraded from a superior twin room to a superior twin room with a view. The room is larger and more comfortable, which makes it very convenient for us to enter and exit the lobby and restaurant. Before the New Year, my family of three came to the hot spring resort for a short stay. From the check-in front desk to the butler service, and the food in the restaurant, everything was impeccable. The hotel environment and room layout are quite good, clean and tidy. The room area is large. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite. The room service requested is also responded to quickly. Some negative news I saw on the Internet before does not exist at all. It is highly recommended for living. Some shortcomings: - On the second day of staying in the hotel, I found that the teacups and teapots used the night before were not cleaned; the hotel breakfast has a single menu with few options. The taste of the food, such as the taste of bread, is very ordinary, which is inconsistent with the five-diamond brand and needs to be improved; the hotel is located in a remote mountainous area. There are few farmhouse restaurants around. You have to drive a long way to see a restaurant, and the hotel itself has few entertainment facilities. Especially in winter, you can't use the outdoor swimming pool. It's still a rather embarrassing existence.

Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

Staying at Shuimo Rongzhuang is simply great! It's right in the scenic spot, so convenient. You can always go back to the hotel to rest when you're tired. Take a walk in the scenic area in the early morning. There are few people and it is quiet. The air is very fresh. You can also fish. The hotel room is spacious and clean. It is extremely comfortable to stay! You made the right choice this time and it was a worthwhile trip.

The hotel is in a very quiet location in Tianzhu Scenic Area, at the entrance of Zhongtianzhu. It is very quiet at night. Before arrival, tell the customer service guy in advance that he will come to the drop-off point outside to pick you up, which is very considerate. The toiletries bag is very generous, and there are even cpb facial cleansers and creams. The toothpaste is from MARVIS, but the toothbrush is a bit piercing. The wash and care are all Aesop, which is very comfortable to use. Welcome fruit dessert: I put pear and white fungus soup in the stewing cup, which is very delicious. Tiramisu is also delicious, and I also gave the soothing tea in the thermos cup. The fruit plate is very thoughtful, with rich varieties and good quality. It is not perfunctory at all. It is more attentive than most five-star hotels, not apples, bananas, oranges and other conventional goods. Night wine: This is a surprise. The quality of the wine is good. You can mix what you want to drink yourself. It’s really great to mix a cup for yourself on New Year’s Eve. The drinks in the minibar are not perfunctory, and there are many delicious ones. Hardware: comparable to five-star hotels and even surpassing many five-star hotels, with washlet, capsule coffee machine, smeg kettle, B&O speakers, and a makeup mirror. The most thoughtful thing is that the hotel drove me out of the scenic area after I checked out during the holidays, and I was able to get a taxi when I arrived. I am really grateful.

The front desk clerk at check-in was very enthusiastic in introducing the hotel facilities. Since there were other family members traveling with us, she immediately helped us move into the same building. Then she added WeChat to become our exclusive housekeeper. Xiao Pan had a very good service attitude, and if we had any problems, she would help solve them as soon as possible! The view outside the room is beautiful, and I feel especially good when I get up and look out the window! There are many types of breakfast. Fortunately, I went early to avoid the crowds. It's really big inside, and the shuttle bus is very immediate, so you won't have to wait too long! I will come again if I have the chance and take a good look at the other facilities inside.

Located in Baiguo Village next to Daming Mountain Scenic Spot, the homestay is more interesting than the scenic spot. The overall decoration of the homestay is very good, and the materials are exquisite. The room has a bathtub with plenty of hot water. There are inner lakes, courtyards and grasslands. The front desk was very enthusiastic, upgraded the room for free, and introduced the private movie bar that comes with the homestay for watching movies. All in all, good 👍
