The hotel facilities are good. Breakfast is fine. And we had a nice dinner! Overall, very good value for money.

The staff are nice and very approachable They are wonderful and helpful. Check - in and check out were hassle free. In terms of the location, it may not be at the centre of commercial area (McDonald's wont deliver there) but it is just across the Handan East Railway Station so it is good. The facilities are better than expected. Breakfast maybe is amazing for Chinese but for non- Chinese, the choices are limited. In general, it is a good hotel and I highly recommend it specially for those who needs to travel via Railway.

My stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.

My boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.

特別棒的酒店。 網路訂房的時候說明了提供高鐵接送站，必須提前預約。打電話預約的時候就感覺到了前台服務的溫馨。高鐵還沒到站， 接站的師傅就聯絡我(這倒是一般接車都會做的)，出站後就接到師傅的電話，車子就停在驗票口出來20公尺左右的路邊，非常方便。 到了酒店，師傅與警衛都主動協助提行李到櫃臺辦手續，馬上感覺到優質的服務。 前台美女與帥哥也非常友善，酒店的相關服務人員都提供超水準的服務，要特別感謝他們。 我在國內外住過一些(不敢說很多，因為預算的關係，今年只住過個位數)四星級酒店，這是唯一的一個四星級酒店會客氣的幫忙送行李到房間， 同時協助開啟空調並設定溫度。協助的帥哥聽說我要搭公車去廣府古城，又主動的幫我查公交路線與搭車地點。 這一切細心的關懷，日本的四星級酒店做不到，美國的四星級酒店更做不到。 謝謝酒店的工作人員，感恩。

The bath water was very hot. The bathroom had windows. The fly in the ointment was that the guests who came upstairs at night were very noisy and didn’t sleep well all night. It is recommended to post a warm reminder in the elevator room, and try to keep the room quiet after 11 o'clock in the evening.

The room is arranged on the 35th floor. The night view is beautiful and the breakfast is also very good Yes, it would be even better if there was bean foam. The parking lot has plenty of parking spaces, because the car is too big to park in the basement. Hua Lan even went to the side of the road to wait for the parking space we were looking for. She is a very warm girl. The fly in the ointment is that there is no soap, but the front desk gave makeup remover wipes, which is still very good, and I hope it can be maintained.
