Was a good one... It was a pleasant trip I had. The location of the hotel was good too. Super friendly staff and good hotel. Will definitely come back again. Breakfast was really impressive. The only sad thing would be.... Super limited parking

We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay at this property. We haven't been really active on Accor brands as we are top tier with Marriott Bonvoy. But our recent stays across several Novotel locations will make us consider building up more stays with them.

Room a bit small but overall happy about our stay

Welcome was good. The reception staff were friendly and accommodated our request for a river facing room. Overall the service was just okay for it's price. For its price, I feel that parking should be included. A limited parking that can be reserved at $36 was offered when I called in a day before as well as a free parking further down the hotel that is not guaranteed. We availed of the additional $36, this includes a valet service. The hotel room design was as expected of Novotel hotels, but it was not up to it's best standard. The remote control and kettle in our room was dusty. Amenities needed to be requested, I did this in advance during booking. But there were no slippers in the room upon arrival except for the 4 towels requested. Breakfast buffet was just the usual fare.

Chef Sanjay was great. Very helpful and prepared breakfast as well wanted. Very nice cook and excellent person to talk to.

Location is good. Bed is comfortable. But the carpet and the corridor looks old. Also have to pay parking fee for NZD52/night .

Had an amazing stay at Novotel Tainui Hamilton. The room was excellent, and the staff made this a memorable stay. One of the best hotels in Hamilton.

You get what you expect from Novotel. Hard to find parking unless you pay for valet.

Nice hotel in a great central location - many eateries and places in the city within walking distance. If you get a river view room, you’ll have a lovely view of the river. Modern rooms that appear to be newly renovated.

The hygiene, environment, and service are all very good. The location is also very good. But you have to pay 40NB for parking. There is no free bottled water in the room.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and major attractions. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with complete facilities, and the service staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The overall environment is quiet, suitable for leisure travel, and the experience is very satisfactory.
