Just by the lake, it is very convenient. You can feed the wild ducks and cook indoors.

The room is nice and well-equipped. There are washing machines in the kitchen. Parking is convenient. It looks a bit old on the outside, but check-in and check-out are both at a motel 1.8 kilometers away. The address is written on the door. The hotel is about 2.5km from the Hamilton train station. We took a taxi from the train station, and the driver charged us NZD25. My booking confirmation said that the check out time was 11:00, but the hotel insisted it should be 10:00 which is fine. The booking confirmation clearly say that breakfast was free, but the hotel tried to charge 13 pp. Hamilton is a nice place which is close to Waitomo and Hobbiton.

We went to the Hamilton Balloon Festival and booked a suite. It was clean overall, but the carpet felt a little old and not as new as it looked in the pictures. The front desk check-in service was clear and enthusiastic.

Outstanding stay, the rooms are large and exceptionally clean, bed is large and comfortable and room is quiet. The bathroom is well equipped and large. Well equipped kitchenette and kind gift of milk in the fridge. Very friendly check in, convenient parking on site. To call this a motel or lodge is misleading as this is really a boutique hotel, it certainly of this standard. Good location, easy to locate and close to the town centre. Highly recommend

Highly recommended, a well presented and clean room which had everything needed, a comfortable bed, double glazed to reduce noise, great shower, large TV screen with plenty of channels. Really nice to get the Cookietime cookies and also really liked the fresh milk in the room and the story behind it, much appreciated. Great location and an easy walk to the centre of town.

What a great stay! The reviews here made me nervous about my upcoming business trip to Hamilton. Our travel agents booked me into the Quest and I was pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff both days were lovely and so helpful. I parked across the road at Wilson Parking, easy as. The hotel entrance, first floor lobby and my room were great. Very clean and nicely fitted out. The kitchenette in my room (108) was well equipped, as was the bathroom - the washing machine was a bonus. My bed was comfortable and I also had a work desk, small table for eating and lounge chairs. The only downside was not being able to watch TV from bed as there's a small wing wall in the way. I love the long list of charge back restaurants nearby and used this facility for dinner and breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, right on the shore of Lake Wanaka, very close to the lonely tree. Resort-style hotel with a beautiful environment. Very large suite. Easy parking. Did not eat breakfast at his house, do not know the breakfast situation. The view from the restaurant towards the lake is very good.

The room was really clean and spotless. The beds were so comfy to sleep in, and the bathroom was so clean, and the shower pressure was perfect. Customer service was also very professional overall 9.9/10

Hotel/Motel that goes the extra mile. Lots of extras. We stayed in a King Spa Room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. High quality linen. Real coffee and a coffee press in the room. Reclining chairs to watch TV. Quiet at night. Located outside of the main downtown area, but a short drive by car. Friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend this motel.
