The room is clean and hygienic. It is very convenient to receive the password when entering the house. It is a very new house. It is very considerate to prepare six bottles of water. The surrounding environment is really comfortable. There is a stream outside the balcony and there are green plants everywhere. It is not convenient to shop around. It is best to bring it before checking in.

Lake Ashi
Air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted, we went in April, it was cool outside and there was only heating option on the controls, no cool air option at all. Had to open the windows to get cool air in, still it was too hot inside. Wasn’t able to get a good sleep. Rude encounter with a staff which I believe was the manager. He was downright nasty and arrogant. I would totally avoid this place, his actions was disgusting. He spoke very limited English which was understandable, however using rude gestures pointing and shooing off guests is such a rude thing to do. Would never go back because of this incident.

We enjoyed the rather spacious room and the view of rolling hills. With large beds and a tatami room, it felt rather luxurious. The entire place has an 80s vibe, but good thing we liked the nostalgia it brought for us. The room was quick clean too. Only that the outside balcony and windows had a few rather large spiders and spider webs. Good thing we don't have arachnophobia. They have two locations for their onsens at different timings. So that needed some getting used to. The onsens themselves are decent enough. Getting to the place was a little tricky as we didn't know what was the best bus to hop onto. We hopped onto the bus that Google Maps indicated was the most direct, only to realise as we were boarding that that bus was not covered under the Hakone Free Pass. On hindsight, to utilise the Hakone Free Pass, one should take the bus to Yunessen, the hotel next door and walk a short distance uphill. For the price we thought it was quite worth it, especially compared to some of the other hotels nearby.

After reading the website introduction, it is a hot spring hotel with hot spring water flowing from the source! There are service staff who can give English introductions. The room introduction and catering are very considerate. The homemade tofu for breakfast is very delicious, and the dinner is also delicious. It is very convenient to take the mountain cable car from Gora to the park and walk a short distance to get there. The various facilities of the hotel are also very convenient. I would like to praise the hot springs. It is obviously much hotter than ordinary hot springs. It can only last about five minutes at a time, so I soaked in small amounts many times. The scenery outside the window is also very good. I can relax by blowing the mountain breeze on the outdoor windowsill. I would like to stay here next time I come to Hakone!

Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth it. It is not easy to find such a good place now. Overall, it is a very good experience. There may be more interesting ways to play. I hope to continue to explore next time. The environment is very unique and the style is unified. I like this kind of stylish place.

It really feels like living in my own home. The grandparents at the hotel are very kind. Although the communication is a bit difficult, the room has a small living room and bedroom. The space is quite large. Breakfast and dinner are also amazing. The location is also very close to the bus station. In short, the C P value is very high.
