Location is not too near to train station while you can reserve hotel shuttle to pick up

Wonderful hotel for relaxation, next time should get the private onsen...

Beautiful hotel with nice rooms and onsen and a cozy setting. Staff are professional but slightly distant.

It's a bit far from Gora Station, but Gora Station Hotel has a free shuttle bus. You only need to call to enter the hotel, and use the pad to make an appointment one day in advance. If you walk through the small road, it will take about 15 minutes. You have to take off your shoes to enter the lobby at the hotel entrance. The room is relatively large and has Japanese-style flooring. The hotel is in the mountains, and there are no restaurants around, not even at Gora Station. The restaurants at Gora Station usually open at 5:30 pm, but the hotel shuttle ends at 6 pm. You can still walk back to the hotel in the summer, but it's not realistic to go back in the dark in the winter. The breakfast is average, maybe because I don't eat Japanese food.

The main building we stayed in was not big, but the public area facilities were very cozy. The public hot spring area was not large, and the bathing facilities were relatively new. We booked two rooms, one without a private hot spring and one with one. Because there were not many rooms, it was relatively quiet overall. We booked a two-day stay with two meals, but the buffet breakfast and dinner menus did not change much. The food was probably average. It would be better if the hot spring place could provide free milk or something like that. The mint tea provided in the public area was delicious, and there was also hot cocoa. The location is in Naka-Gora, and we were picked up and dropped off at Gora Station by the hotel. In the middle, I went out on my own and used the pass to walk to the mountain cable car.

Service: As soon as we checked in, someone knocked on the door. We were taking a shower and panicked. We put on our clothes and opened the door. It was a waiter who asked if a suitcase was ours. Obviously it was not. Is the management so chaotic? Check-in was also chaotic. We arrived at 4 o'clock and waited for more than 20 minutes. In the end, the room card was not swiped and the data was not recorded, so we went to swipe it again. Environment: Good

The balcony has its own hot spring pool, which is very convenient to soak in. The facilities in the room are also very good, and the details show a sense of design. The breakfast is also quite rich, and the hotel dinner is OK, but it may not be enough for people with a big appetite. The location is not easy to find, it is best to make an appointment for the hotel's pick-up service in advance, otherwise you will break your legs while pulling the suitcase.

I stayed in this hotel 9 years ago. This time I chose the newly built building. The facilities are great... The room is spacious and there is a private bath outside. I will come here again when I visit again.
