Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

We were here for vacation and very amazed with the friendly staff and good services. They were swift to respond to our needs for stuff replacement in the room and information on surrounding shopping and attractions. Special call out to Qiu Lin for her great assistance. The room is nice, cosy and modern in decoration. Overall, a great hotel to stay in..

Very good location near to Qilou Old Street. Food street is just nearby with lots of local food and snacks. There are many shops selling souvenirs or snacks too. Room is clean and spacious. Unique design every room. Water strength is good for shower. Room has a little cigarette smell which I don't like. But smell is mostly gone in the evening after turning on the air withdrawal fan in the washroom. Otherwise all is good. The front desk staff was very friendly.

We upgraded the room upon check-in, and the room was spacious. The breakfast was also delicious, and takeout could be delivered directly. After checking out, I found that the headphones were unplugged, so I called the hotel, and the front desk lady Xiaojuan was very responsible in helping to find it and help to deliver it by express. The room is large and comfortable, the view outside the window is great, the front desk is friendly, and they also gave small gift packs for check-in and small gifts for check-out.
