"The best hotel and service we ever went to. We had an excellent time at creations-museum-hotel, from our arrival we were welcomed by a cup of tea. Tracy and Violet helped us during our stay for everything from the taxis, to restaurants and even nail polish remover! Everything was perfect, the breakfasts were lovely, they changed slightly over the 2 nights we stayed at the hotel. We had an afternoon tea with fresh baked cakes and a coconut panna cotta. The tea they provide that you can buy here is lively especially the red Hainan tea. We might go back to Hainan just to come back to this hotel."

"The hotel is really beautiful. The decor and style is something! There’s construction beside the building but there is a disclaimer on trip that we didn’t notice before. They also give one in the room and they provide ear plugs. The room smells a little humid and musty when you 1st enter but we couldn’t smell it after that. The staff is super helpful, they bring your luggage up, bring you ice if you need, send your takeaway upstairs with the robot for you if you call. the room service food we got was so so but the breakfast buffet is good and varied. The location is also good, there’s a mall and some beaches not too far from the hotel."

NNyamdorj BatjargalSome lights are not turning off there is no switch for those lights. When went to sleep I had to shut down my electricity because some lights never go off. Service was fine. No one of them can speak English. Hotel was old.

GGuest UserBecause we had to take the ferry, we found a place to stay near the ferry. When we booked it, we had the mentality of giving it a try. After we checked in, it was beyond our expectations. The sanitation was very clean, which was cleaner than the B&Bs we stayed in before. It was a loft design. I also liked this kind of small apartment. There was a cloakroom and everything you need. The most important thing is that it is truly pet-friendly! There is no charge. It is much better than some stores that say they are pet-friendly but are unwilling to accept dogs when you call to ask. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hainan.

GGuest UserPick-up or drop-off at Meilan International Airport 1 time: It was my first time traveling to Haikou. I saw this hotel online and clicked on it to see that the ratings were very good. It also had airport pick-up and drop-off services. I compared it with hotels near the high-speed rail station, none of which had this service, so I chose it decisively. I didn't expect to be pleasantly surprised after checking in. The room was large and noiseless, the wireless network in the room was super fast, the surrounding transportation was very convenient, and there were many delicious Hainan specialties. The front desk staff was also very friendly. They also carefully recommended Haikou attractions to us. In addition, we went to Sanya the next day and they also sent us to the high-speed rail east station for free. It's not too much to give this waiter 10 stars
