Absolutely PERFECT place to stay to celebrate my birthday. Very clean and quiet. Exceptionally friendly staff. Surprised with a gorgeous cake for my birthday. The pool was outstanding. Highly recommend this Haikou hotel.

First off, all staff are so polite and welcoming! They will smile and greet you, from the moment you exit your ride to the pool area where you can go soak in the hot spring. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was extremely peaceful and quiet, I’m sure peak season might be different though. The beach across the road is lovely to sit by and the sand is clean. I enjoyed my breakfast and thanks to Ernest for helping me with check in, and allowing me to split my booking so I could get buffet dinners since I had no partner checking in with me. He was welcoming and explained everything well in English, thank you to Megan for answering my questions and updating my buffet code and Prima for the swift check out. I hope to come again here, while the hotel is a little old now they make up for in service. The housekeeping staff does a great job and cleans the basin and the room is spotless when you come back! The only complaint I have is that the tv has 1 English Channel and that switches to Japanese movies sometimes. At the buffet dinner, the manager helped me choose a hot pot of my choice, and showed me where to get everything, the second time she brought me a plate of the soup of the day, she was so kind and lovely, I didn’t catch her name but I have to say thank you to her aswell. Breakfast is delicious and there’s a variety of whatever you like. Desserts are divine!! The hotsprings are lovely in chilly February and there’s an indoor pool too. Everything from the service to the rooms were very good. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This time the room was clean and not smelly. We love this hotel . Maybe it’s time for an upgrade for food delivery as it’s sometimes a burden to walk down to the gate to get food delivery . Maybe a robot as in many other hotels will be a good addition. One more thing that is a bit uncomfortable which is freezing cold bathrooms and showers at the outdoor pool . I fell sick today after leaving the hotel from walking in the freezing cold bathroom to use it when I am swimming outdoor . It is really uncomfortable and not healthy at all. A proper temperature will be much better. It makes the use of the bathrooms in that part painful. Apart from that we always love everything in this hotel. We will stay again .

We had an economic meetingin haokou , there was comfort and a high level of service, the room view was very great and the staff were very nice and helpful , thank you to the hotel management for the good treatment 🤝

Hotel have nice sea views, outdoor pools are great, staffs have nice services, always smiling, one thing are made uncomfortable / room have a old odorant

The resort is grand and full of amenities and just behind the hotel is a sandy white beach that is free of crowd, very clean and the sand is very soft. great for holiday!

Pools & Hot spring was my favourite thing about the hotel. Rooms need a change of carpets. Food is good.

Greatly recommend the 180 Panoramic Room! You can enjoy a chill moment at the balcony with nice sea views and sound of waves.

Lovely stay after the disaster typhoon Yagi. The outdoor facilities were destroyed but the indoor swimming pool was great for the children.
