I had a great experience at this newly opened hotel in 2024. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. One of the standout features was the AI in the room, which made the stay feel extra convenient and modern. The reception staff, especially Dawn, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tech-savvy and comfortable place to stay.

Breakfast and location are excellent!!but staff manning the kitchen counter was so unfriendly, her attitude was like i owe her money lol... staff helping in with the check in and check out process was fine thou! The whole room also has cigarettes stench becos the hotel allows smokers in the lobby...

I had very good experiences in this hotel, receptionist Miss Nana helped us a lot on organising our trip and offered late check out, her warmth and passionate for servicing us impressed me and I am looking forward to coming back again.

I had noted my needs before. But there were bugs crawling on the bed in the room I stayed in for the first time. When I changed rooms, another group of guests also reported that there were cockroaches and wanted to change rooms. Later, I was moved to a higher floor. There were no such problems. But I ordered Pizza Hut takeout for the children and promised to let the robot deliver it. In the end, I waited for half an hour. Later, I went to the front desk to pick it up myself and found that the front desk had forgotten about it. The takeout was cold!!! The girl at the front desk did not answer, and it felt that she was too busy and did not answer your questions.

Simple style hotel, really recommend, very simple style, booked a double bed room, but after arriving at the hotel, because I brought my children, I communicated with the front desk to change to twin beds.
