Clean and cozy room, It is covenient. Room was not that big, a little small

location is very good, convenient to multiple places. easy to get to using public transport. room is very clean, very smart, reception 小周 is friendly and answer all our questions. he even give us idea for future trip.

Room was generally clean. However there were some obvious stains on the sofas. Bed was great. Great selection of movies. Plus points was definitely the ‘intelligent’ function in the hotel room. The suite room was instagram worthy at every corner. Lots of food options surrounding the hotel area. However, do require a cab ride to qilou street area.

Hotel is located in a small alley packed both sides with cars. Not easy to access. Basic China hotel: nice design but poor software. It’s a smart hotel which means minimal service. And poor maintenance even though hotel is only a few months old.

I have stayed in this hotel twice before. It is a new smart hotel with good facilities. I went to this hotel when the typhoon Ma Ke came to Hainan. The typhoon had a severe impact. There was no water, electricity, or network. The hotel had electricity, network, and water except for the generator, which would stop for a while to cool down. Everyone in the hotel provided good service, efficient, and solved problems in a timely manner. I hope Hainan will soon recover its former glory and I also wish the hotel a prosperous business.

The room I booked was not big, especially the toilet. It felt tight even when I closed the door while sitting on the toilet. However, the whole hotel is smart. For example, food delivery is delivered by robots. There is Xiaodu in the room. The lobby also uses machines to check in. The elevator and rooms can all be operated by facial recognition, which is quite convenient. The hotel is located in an alley, not on the roadside.
