Very good hotel. Would recommend. Location is good, very clean and super friendly staff! Very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Between the level of two-star and three-star hotels, if you are just staying overnight, a chain like ibis is more reliable.

Hotel is very well located and is in the central region of Manaus. It has a good structure and has a good breakfast. I stayed at the accommodation for 2 days, but I only booked 1 through Trip. The negative point is regarding the first day, where there were two power outages, during the early hours of the morning, leaving the room without air conditioning. The heat in Manaus is terrible and the power only came back on around 2 hours later. Considering the structure of the hotel, they should have a good generator.

Very well located, clean facilities. Good coffee, but not much variation. Attentive staff and allowed us to stay in the social space until we left after check out.

1. 人工核對辦理入住，效率低下，等了30分鐘。2. 給了我們一間別人用過的房間，一進去空調和電視都是開啟的狀態。3. 衞生差，床單臟，要求更換，前台以無空房為由拒絕。4. 前台説“如果不滿意可以取消訂單換一家酒店入住”，他明知這個時候已經無法取消了，5. 在我們查看房間的時候不斷拍視頻，不尊重我們
