The hotel staff was very unfriendly. The room was not the one we had requested, and we requested either a change of room or, if a change was not possible, an additional reservation, but neither of these requests were accommodated. The problem seemed to be due to an error in the room reservation system, but I was surprised at how unfriendly the staff was.

Excellent and professional service from staff, 3 minutes walk to the main train station, 35 minutes on the metro to Rotterdam, very spacious room, free minibar and snacks. Strongly recommended and would stay again!

The room is clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is really good, just a few minutes walk to the central station. Metro station is near to the hotel too. For grocery, there are supermarkets and convenient stores. The area is safe and clean. Will come back again!

The room is not big, but the facilities are complete, the service is smooth and fast, the front desk is warm and friendly, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. It is very close to The Hague Central Station, which can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot. The directions on the way are clear. There are many types of breakfast, which look very delicate and taste good.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to The Hague Central Station, making it very convenient for travel. The room is large, the mini bar is free, and snacks are provided, which is something I don't have in other hotels in Europe. Great!

The hotel room is large and quiet. The buffet breakfast is very rich. The hotel is very close to the central railway station and bus station. There is a large forest park outside the hotel with many small animals. It is very comfortable to take a walk in the morning and evening.

The hotel is close to the train station, but the entrance is hard to find. The breakfast room faces the park, with a great view, and a large variety of freshly squeezed juices. You can walk to the art gallery to see "Girl with a Pearl Earring".

I am satisfied with the location and cleanliness. I am also satisfied with the free snacks and drinks that are replenished every day. (Some options are not provided depending on the price policy)

I stayed here for a week on a business trip to the Netherlands. I felt good. There are many choices for breakfast. Compared with local consumption, it is still very cost-effective. I will choose here next time I go on a business trip. The transportation location is very advantageous.

Super well located 100m from the central station. Good breakfast although not very varied. Very clean and room with good views.

The room is big and the bed is very comfortable! Drinks and snacks are provided, which is nice! There is no shopping mall around, but you can take a taxi to Chinatown in The Hague, where there are many Chinese restaurants!
