GGuest UserEverything is good except the space. They squeezed in the rooms so small that they have put the chair on the top of the wardrobe to save the space for the guest to walk inside the room which was 2 steps for me in X and Y axis and that was it. There was a window but when I opened it it was the lobby of the floor of the hotel room.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, right near the pier. Although the exterior is European-style architecture, the rooms are modern and simple. The rooms are spacious enough to easily accommodate two large suitcases. Room cleaning was very prompt. The restaurant is indeed beautiful, and the breakfast is quite plentiful. The staff are all warm and attentive. Parking was done in the hotel's recommended parking lot for over 47 hours, costing 467 kronor. I don't know about any discounts, just for your reference.

KK. SamuraiThe location is so close to Bryggen, the UNESCO world heritage site, and there are many food options around in this area. Their breakfast was so delicious (especially salmon) and the room was clean and warm. I can highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserSwanky decor. Beautiful view from the sea view room. Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, decent breakfast options, can't complain. Only that room didn't have a minibar or fridge or coffee maker. I guess I should have read up on amenities more carefully. But staff are excellent and more than happy to provide you with tea or coffee or a snack on request, or you can help yourself to tea or coffee from a big flask they keep in the lobby. You also get a lovely welcome cocktail on the house.

GGuest UserNote: This is a review for Thon Hotel Bristol Bergen where we actually stayed. We were relocated due to unforeseen issues from Thon Hotel Orion. Location: Literally in the center of town and only a 2-minute walk to the harbor and fish market. Although it could get a bit noisy at night as it is located right next to McDonald's. Cleanliness: Cleaning and house keeping were very good. Service: All service staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Since we were involuntarily relocated to a different location by Thon Hotel due to hotel issues, I must say that the change was smooth and hassle free. The booking staff of Thon Hotel was also very helpful. Facilities: Excellent breakfast services with lots of varieties. Gym room is also available. Room itself is spacious and adequate space for luggage.

NNtyjessicacacacacaNice! They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it! Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. I think most rooms can see the pier view. The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me. Food: free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more. Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ｰｰ;) Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use). very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station. By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

RryetravelsComfort hotel is easy to locate. It’s in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!

GGuest UserGreat clean, spacious serviced apartment, for a solo traveller. Both washing and drying machines (2 each) available in the building for use, which was very convenient after coming back from a few days of wild camping and outdoor adventures. One issued encountered was the room access through the phone - I had multiple instances where the room wouldn't unlock. Luckily a staff member was walking pass and issued a physical card for use.

GGuest UserThe scenery is beautiful and the outdoor atmosphere is great; you could definitely stay here for several days and join their organized activities. The rooms are clean, but you have to pay extra for duvet covers and towels, put them on yourself, and then take them off when you leave, as it's self-checkout. The breakfast is plentiful, and in Norway, a breakfast alone can cost a lot, so it offers good value for money. There's also an affordable supermarket right outside. The only downside is the remote location, and Norwegian public transport is very expensive. Travelers with luggage who need to go to the city or city center for transfers should consider this carefully. Overall, it's excellent value for money; there's really nothing to complain about.
