Nnori666Both boss and staff are very friendly, helped us to carry our luggages to room, which is spacious and comfy, with all sorts of amenities we needed(like winter heater, towel, toothbrush, kettle & hair dryer, etc). Check in and check out are easy and fast, all staff able to communicate in Mandarin and English. The bathroom(public use but split into men & women room) is quite clean, with built in 'onsen' and provided skincare for after bath use. There is a canteen here, simple menu were provided, taste not bad, like home-cooked food. Microwave is provided too so no worries if you want to reheat the food bought from outside. The ambient of the accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The day we reached is snowing, so the view from our room is fantastic, you can see snow outside window. Although it's a shame that Mt. Fuji hid from us due to the snowy weather...
There are some convenient stores, a supermarket and coin laundry near the accommodation. And it's really near to Lake Yamanakako so the view around is really scenic. It's also near a famous onsen place called 'Benifuji' too. Overall a worth for money place to stay at! would come again if have the chance. Would recommend this accommodation!
吃吃喝玩樂我至叻First luxury camping experience, highly recommended!
Complete facilities, including open-air bath and sauna.
The ingredients for breakfast and dinner are sufficient, but the quality of the meat is average.
We purchased additional ingredients at a nearby supermarket.
Camping in the Martian sky at night is a good experience for children!
In addition, the campground is very close to the famous scenic spot of Lake Yamanaka, and it only takes about ten minutes to drive~
Pay to check in early and enjoy the sunset~
Will come again if I have the chance!
GGraceDongChecked in early, put down my things, charged my phone, and went out to take beautiful photos at the White Torii of Yamanakako, which is a 10-minute walk away.
Luckily, Mount Fuji was right in front of us.
The check-in lady led us to arrange the room and hot spring at night♨️
Just opposite the room, I soaked for 15 minutes to eliminate fatigue🥱It was so refreshing.
The corridors and halls of the room were clean and tidy everywhere. It was a comfortable and cozy place.
It is the best choice to stay here in Yamanakako😍
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is actually OK. Although it takes an hour to get from Gotemba Station to the hotel by bus, 44 stops, every half an hour.
But Mount Fuji is right outside the hotel lobby window. It was a pleasant surprise for me who thought the weather might be bad and visibility was poor.
The hotel front desk guys and girls were quite enthusiastic, but the room service was really unexpected! We stayed for two nights, so the suitcases and toiletries were all in the room, basically spread out neatly. But the next day when we went out and returned to the room, we found that the room had been tidied, but the two pajamas we had put on the bed were thrown on the floor!! I complained to the front desk. The guy said: Sao Li! Room service is outsourced! He will report it!
Then when I took a shower at night, I couldn’t find the facial cleanser that was originally placed with the shower gel. I looked around and recalled that it must have been thrown away by the person who cleaned the room, but why? ? The milk carton after eating was not thrown away?
I complained to the front desk again! A new girl changed. After she understood, she went to the warehouse to rummage around and came out with my facial cleanser. It was only half a bottle. Why did she clean it up? ? There is no other explanation Saoli Saoli🙄
So I couldn't find vitamin B later. I strongly suspected that I was also dealt with. It's not worth the money. Can I call the police? !
So I don't know whether I should recommend this hotel. I don't know if I will go there again next time. By the way, the bathtub can be used for bathing, but the plug at the bottom of the bathtub can't be plugged in. The water flows out. For a moment, I thought that it was not just letting the water flow while soaking...
GGuest UserVery clean, good breakfast buffet. Super nice and helpful stuff. But it’s located on top of a hill and you need the shuttle bus and it only runs at 9.45am to go further away and there’s no shuttle bus to come back. Otherwise it runs throughout the day to the bottom of the hill. Taxis and public transport is not good since it’s a small town so plan accordingly .
KKunal5The hotel is Japanese style. The staff is great. It doesn’t provide food services but it has Japanese style breakfast. I would definitely stay here because it’s clean and just opposite to Asahigaoka bus stop. Also, it’s like 1 minute walk to the Yamanako lake. It’s not very overpriced. And plenty of foreigners had reservations in this hotel.
GGuest UserI took my mother out to play and chose Yamanakako specifically. There were few people and it was quiet to see the red leaves. I stayed for two nights and slept until I woke up naturally. The environment was very good and I could walk out to see the red leaves festival.
The transportation was very convenient. I rented a bicycle from the boss. I rode to Yamanakako on the first day, took the bus to Kawaguchiko at the door on the second day, and continued to ride. On the third day, I rode to Oshino Hakkai. 😃
I was too lazy to go to Gotemba, but it was also very convenient after looking at the map. In the evening, I ate the boss's recommended Shoya and the boss's beef hot pot. The boss's wife was very enthusiastic and honest. Next time I bring my baby here to stay and continue to ride a bike. 😃😃
GGuest UserThe best location to see Mount Fuji. Rooms 102 and 101 are facing Mount Fuji. The living room and dining room are downstairs, and there are two rooms upstairs. Although there are five beds that can accommodate 10 people, one bed is in the attic, which is very inconvenient. There is only one bathroom on the second floor, so it is best for 4 people. However, the view from the room is so good that the 5 of us were very happy to stay there. The hygiene is good and the facilities are very complete. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and there are convenience stores and small restaurants about a 10-minute walk away.
Kky917The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but it is no problem if you travel by car.
The design and decoration of the hotel are very fashionable, clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is quiet, and you can see deer, kittens, etc. The hotel has two private hot springs for bathing. You can use it by making an appointment with the staff. The basic ladies' toiletries are all available, and the hair dryer is from Dyson✨
The hotel staff were very helpful and patient. I had a problem with my car when I was traveling by car. I needed to call the local police and get a report for insurance compensation. Thanks to the staff who always helped me communicate in Japanese, it made things a lot easier and saved me a lot of worry. 👍All the staff are very helpful. Although I only stayed for one night, I felt very comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel. Although Lake Kawaguchi is more popular, Lake Yamanaka is also good. It is close to Shiratorihama and you can have close contact with many swans😆
TTamubonilinzexuHirano Beach is a new and popular tourist spot in Yamanaka Lake. It is convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise. It only takes three minutes to walk from the B&B.
The transportation to the destination is also very convenient. It takes only one minute to walk from the bus stop.
We lived on the second floor. It was indeed a public toilet - it can be understood as the toilet in the previous school, but there was a public bathroom. The space was large enough to take a shower and soak in the pool. It was so comfortable in the cold weather. The men's room was on the second floor and the women's room was on the first floor.
The breakfast was also good. The Japanese are really good at frying hamburger patties. They are juicy and delicious. You can add rice and tea (coffee) by yourself.
The husband and wife and the whole family came to the battle. The wife is very good in English, and the husband is responsible for reception. Because I got burned by my own problem (I will talk about it later), they provided gauze, which I am very grateful for.
Let me talk about the bad places for your reference. First of all, Japanese-style rooms are dark all the time because they seriously violate ergonomics. I have lived in Japanese-style rooms twice in nearly ten years. The first time was in Kyushu. I sprained my waist by taking the teapot on the low table. This time, it was because I was lazy and inconvenient to move because I sat on the floor. When I took the tea from a distance, I accidentally poured the boiling water on the side of my calf. Fortunately, it was not a big deal and I walked 20,000 steps the next day.
Secondly, there is no air conditioning in the room, only a heater. Even if I wear socks on the tatami floor in winter, my feet are still very cold (I went to soak again before going to bed). I can only lean on the side of the heater. I have to turn off the stove when I sleep. One is that there is a smell and the other is that the noise is a bit loud and I am not used to it.
In short, this homestay has more merits than flaws. I have written my real experience in bits and pieces for your reference.
In addition, the sunrise experience at Hirano Beach is really beautiful, see the first and fifth pictures I posted, but it is actually not bad to stay at Shiratori Beach, see Figure 6, it does not prevent you from watching the sunrise and there are swans to accompany you.
