Amazing
DDuwanjuanshu;xingwanliluThe hotel's service was exceptionally friendly. All staff greeted us with a smile and were helpful in resolving any travel issues, offering helpful suggestions. Overall, the service was the best of our trip to Spain. There's a small pool and gym in the basement, and I think there's even a sauna. The highlight is the rooftop bar on the fourth floor, with stunning views of the cathedral's rooftop on one side and the Alhambra and Albaicin on the other. A downside is that there's a resident switch in the room that automatically turns off all lights if no activity is detected for a while. If you're unfamiliar with the design, you might be surprised.

OoceanldsAmazing hotel in the heart of Granada! We had a fantastic stay here. The location is perfect — right in the city center, close to everything. The hotel offers covered parking for €20 per night, which was super convenient. The room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and delicious — plenty of choices to suit everyone. One of the best features is the rooftop — stunning views of the city, with a lovely bar and restaurant to enjoy in the evening. Everything was excellent. If we return to Granada, we’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

KKaerThe location is pretty good, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel still has quite a few issues. When I first opened the window, there was a pungent sewer smell, so I quickly closed it. (It was an interior-facing room). I thought the smell wouldn't linger in the room, but when I came back from dinner, the entire room reeked. I contacted Trip.com to communicate with the hotel, and Trip.com was quite responsive. Soon after, they replied that the hotel agreed to change my room. It was already past 11 PM. Then, when I went to the front desk to switch rooms, that's when things got ridiculous 😂. The first key card they gave me didn't work. The second one did, but there was someone already inside, sleeping! I probably scared them quite a bit. By the time I finally got to the third room, it was already past midnight. A major issue is that the hotel lobby and several other areas would periodically have an unpleasant odor, which is really hard to accept. Let me also tell you this: about fifteen minutes before check-out, the cleaning lady knocked on my door impatiently. Do you understand? It wasn't a normal knock; it was an annoyed, quick, and loud bang on the door. When I opened it and asked what she wanted, she said it was to remind me to check out. Isn't that just absurd? The only highlight of the entire hotel was the excellent breakfast and good service!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a decent location and is generally clean, even though there are ongoing renovations at the moment. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t offer basic amenities like an iron for guests to borrow, which is standard in most other hotels at this level. Instead, they push guests to use their overpriced laundry service — ironing a simple polo shirt costs more than the shirt itself. I suggested they invest in just 2–3 irons for guests to borrow, and honestly, I’m willing to donate two myself if that’s what it takes. The parking is also far too expensive — €21 per day, which is excessive compared to other options in the city. My recommendation: choose another hotel until Hotel Saray improves its service and reconsiders its parking rates.

GGuest UserThis so-called 4-star hotel left me with a bad impression. Mainly because the air conditioning was not turned on, I had to sleep with the window open at night. The hotel is right next to the highway, and the car noise only died down in the second half of the night. How can I rest? The bathroom has no ventilation, and the hotel parking lot charges guests staying in the hotel. It is obviously stingy compared to other hotels I stayed in during this trip. The breakfast was OK, and it was convenient to take a taxi to the city center for 7 euros.

YYOUFANGCtrip's hotel was very convenient. It didn't realize the plan. Because the itinerary changed, the hotel that was found on Ctrip and booking on the same day, compared with Ctrip, the price is good, and it is clearer than booking.

AAggieDSHotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Barceló Granada Congress. My room had a great view overlooking mountains. The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station and also many other main bus routes. The city is mostly walkable so it's only about 20mins walk to the city center from the hotel. The room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. Most of the essentials amenities were also provided.

SSomeonelikeskittyFor me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages. 2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.
