"The room is very nice, Jessi at the reception is super helpful! She arranged shuttle bus for us to old town, booked spa downstairs and we had enjoyed a welcome afternoon tea with some traditional Vietnamese cakes, it’s such a great experience to try local desserts. What’s more, the breakfast in here is so amazingly good I can say the quality is the best in the trip even comparing to those 5 stars hotels in town! The spa and two pools are nice! We had 60 mins oil massage with a very reasonable price! Tina, Sam and VY are taking care of the family and the service is just amazing! We had a wonderful trip experience with staying in this hotel and we will definitely come visit again for the good services, nice food and hotel room :)"

"Enjoyed our stay at La Silk. The hotel is well decorated and refurbished. And in its own words trying to model itself after Santorini. Here is my quick summary: Buffet breakfast: good overall selection (changes each day) and nice egg and noodle station. Pool: good size, but only for the keen as it is prominently located and fairly cold in February. Rooms: good size with a small balcony. Don’t expect much if a view, can be noisy and downstairs smoking seemed to permeate our toilets. Location: abit on the outskirts of town. Grab drivers cancel your trips because the entrance access is through a very tight lane. Customer service: staff are helpful and quick to attend to you."

"A very new hotel opened in 2024. We stayed 2 nights and got upgraded from superior to deluxe rooms. Room size is big enough with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast was superb with variety of options. Staffs were all super friendly. Location is a bit far for walking to downtown. There are free shuttle bus arranged but only 3 timing. It's very hard to get a grab to and from old town. We had to pay 4 times fee for taxi to return to hotel. Overall, recommended stay."

"The hotel is nice, surrounded by green rice paddies. Almost all the restaurant and front desk staff were friendly. The only exception was the bespectacled woman who checked us in, who was very stern and never smiled, though that might just be her personality. Otherwise, everyone was very nice. The pool was pleasant and shallow, perfect for relaxing, not swimming. The soundproofing wasn't very good, and a few white women who came home late at night were making a lot of noise from the hallway into the room. They were talking and laughing loudly, showing absolutely no manners or good manners. I had to knock on their door and tell them it was 2 a.m. and they needed to shut up. Everything else was good. The hotel provides free bicycles for riding through the rice paddies to the beach or the old town."

"This was my first time visiting Hoi An, and as a solo traveler, I was looking for something peaceful but still close to the Old Town and Vy Maison was perfect. The location is quiet and cozy, yet it’s just a short walk to all the action. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful and intentional. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed perfect for unwinding, reflecting, or even journaling if that’s your vibe. I genuinely loved just being at the hotel, even without doing much exploring. The pool was peaceful, the entire space had this calm, welcoming energy, and the aesthetics? Gorgeous. Breakfast each morning was a dream fresh fruits, delicious local dishes, and so much care in every detail. One of my favorite parts was the little foot bath they give you every evening. It’s a small touch but makes you feel so cared for after a day out. I also booked the airport pickup through the hotel, it was smooth, affordable, and took the stress out of arriving. They offer bike rentals too (which I didn’t take advantage of this time but definitely will next visit). Honestly, I’m already thinking about when I can come back. Whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or as a couple, I’d highly recommend Vi Maison. It’s easily a 15 out of 10 for me."

"Within walking distance of old town and night market. Lots of surrounding restaurants which offers an array of cuisines. Try Goc Viet which is down the street which have yummy and authentic local dishes. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful."

"Clean, well maintained, comfortable cozy room well designed and nicely decorated in colonial Vietnamese architecture with French decor. Very efficient and welcoming receptions with good communication skills. Even the hotel shuttle driver could communicate in English. Tasty and many variety of food fir breakfast buffet. Free hotel shuttle to An Bang beach and Hoi ancient town centre. Free bicycle for use. We ate 2 dinner in the hotel cafe and the food was tasty. 20-25 min walking distance to ancient town old streets and river. Nice pool.area popular with hotel guests. Very enjoyable stay."

"It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei"

"I stayed here for 3 nights. Everything looks brand new and impeccable. We took advantage of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It is close to Hoi An, about 15 mins drive from there and about 45 mins from Danang. I had a bit of hesitation choosing to stay here or staying in Hoi An itself, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I knew I made the right choice. Everything here are premium and luxurious. The arrival service made us feel very welcome, check in was very smooth and there are a lot of activities on offer to keep me busy. I took up the free pickleball lesson (thanks Mr Huy for being a very good teacher!) and there were kayak and yoga sessions as well but I didn’t have enough time to do those. All the staffs I came across were friendly, courteous and very well trained. The concierge is reachable by whatsapp, and responded very quickly every single time. I requested for two extra free bottle of water on my first night and the next day the housekeeping staff left me 2 extra bottles again without having to be asked. It’s the little extra details that makes a lot of difference. The buffet breakfast is tremendous. Mr Nick was always ready to greet us with a smile there. There were so many things and the variety will change slightly from day to day. There is made to order Hongkong style cheong fun, fresh sugar cane juice which I have never seen done in any hotel before. I like my food and I can tell that everything is of very high quality. The room size here is massive, clean and the furniture and amenities are in excellent condition. The only little thing missing is the water gun in toilet which should be standard fitting in hotels in Vietnam There were free shuttles to go to Hoi An at certain schedules which makes it very convenient to go and explore the ancient town. If there were too many people to fit in the bus on the way there, they will arrange a second one to get everyone there so no need to worry about missing out on a spot on the bus. However it’s not the same on the way from Hoi a back to hotel. However it is easy to catch Grab which will cost about 150k vnd. I hope this is something that they can improve, perhaps arrange more than one shuttles to bring guests back to hotel especially on the peak evening period. We also enjoyed the food at the food court in the hotel. There are many varieties to choose from Asian to western food. The price is quite expensive if compared to outside the complex, but the quality and flavour is top notch. I tried the south East Asian foods like nasi goreng, laksa and ckt and the flavors were right on point. There were easy access to a huge private beach as well, where you can kayak, paddle, ride an ATV, swim or simply walk on the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was fantastic and easily ten points out of ten."
