The hotel buildings have been very well restored with respect of the ancient stones. Terraces with wonderful view. Extremely kind and helpful staff. We had a great time in Guzelyurt and I hope in the future the village will not become another tourist inferno as Goreme village.

Cons: humidity, sewer smell in the toilet, toilet not separated from shower. Pros: unusual, quiet, hearty breakfast, convenient location in the center.

A great experience and excellent value for money! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the half-board is excellent, we loved the dinner, and the breakfast is perfect! It's flawless and one of our favorite accommodations during our stay in Turkey! Go there with your eyes closed :)

the location is terrible. It's located in a remote area , and the service is very poor... There are a lot of other hotels nearby for the same price, which are much better! The rooms are dirty, the staff is rude! I do not recommend this hotel!!!!

Unfortunately this hotel has some rooms which are almost uninhabitable. The first room we were offered had no external light at all and was incredibly dank, dark and musty smelling. The only other room we were offered had a tiny window in the bedroom which could be opened. Similarly it was dank and musty smelling. Any time we were at home, we sat outside and left the door open. This was the only way to tolerate the accommodation. Nighttime was very difficult because of the mildew smell. Even the bedding felt damp. I did ask for a higher airier room but was told that none were available. The only reason we did not leave the accommodation was that we were with a group and it would have caused difficulty for others.

The interior was in terrible condition, with torn carpets and broken wooden floor. The staff were equally unfriendly and unhelpful, often pretending not to understand English when attempting to raise a concern. Location is at least an hour away from main attractions - please reconsider!!!

The room was dirty and cold. The cupboard in the room was empty. There was no water etc. Think twice before going, we went because the score was high but they probably increased the score by commenting on their own. The view is beautiful. I would definitely not go again.

A business that goes out of its way to charge extra for breakfast is charged extra upon check-in, and a business that charges extra for breakfast when we check-out is charged for breakfast that we didn't have. They say that you will have your holiday without paying any extra fee for what is written in the package, so I don't recommend it because of the logic of what I can do. The attention was good until I checked in, but after checking in, the attention was 0. I definitely don't recommend it.

The score of such a terrible place has been deliberately increased by its immediate surroundings. I couldn't sleep at night because of the humidity. It is at a level that poses a serious danger to human health. They also deceive you by saying it smells like rock. I slept in the vehicle. There were stains on the sheets. The towels were torn and yellowed due to age. It can't be said that the room was clean either. There was a heater but it was cold because it was not lit enough. Don't choose room number 1, you will stay there. It may be the worst place I've ever stayed.

Hijyen konusunda tamamen sınıfta kaldı. Banyodan gelen lağım kokusu da üstüne tuz biber oldu, Camı açmadan midenin bulamaması mümkün değil. Berbat bir deneyimdi ben yandım siz yanmayın diye buraya yazmak istedim. Ayrıca odadaki rutubet de çok kötüydü.

Sakın sakın. Ailecek gittiğimiz otel tam bir fiyasko. Oda da buzdolabı var ama kapalı. İçerisi hamam gibi uyumak mümkün değil. İnternet çekmiyor. Televizyon da öyle. Resepsiyon da görevli kadın personel ***et sinirli sebebini bilmiyorum. Sadece terası keyifliydi. Çalışan personel iligi ve güler yüzlüydü. Bir daha asla kalmam ve tavsiye etmem.
