I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

A friend of a friend strongly recommended it, saying it is very suitable for people traveling alone, so I decided to give it a try and got the most cost-effective stay experience this year. Facilities: The room is not big, it is a tatami room, the overall color is fresh and elegant, and it is clean and tidy. For a special forces soldier like me who is out during the day and only goes back to sleep for a few hours in the middle of the night, everything is enough. Environment: The city center of the old city, convenient transportation, downstairs of the hotel is Metro Line 1, which can go directly to Guiyang North. There are also one-stop streets such as Yuantong Street around, which are very good. Service: The two sisters I met when checking in and out were very good, and they solved the problem quickly, which was very good.

We were very happy with this hotel in Guiyang. All the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room’s price did not include breakfast but we decided to pay extra for the tasty & many options breakfast.

Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

Previously, because Hua Chenyu's Mars Concert Paradise was located nearby, we chose Hilton Garden Inn. It takes two intersections to walk to the venue, but it is quite convenient to eat around, and the hotel can also deliver takeout to the room. I would like to thank Mr. Wang Hongyu and Ms. Xuan Ludan, the supervisor of Hilton Garden Inn, because there were many people traveling with us, they did their best to arrange us on the same floor so that we could take care of each other. In addition, the hotel facilities are relatively new, and although there are not so many types of breakfast, the taste is very good, recommended 👍

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

The hotel entrance smelt heavenly ,it was clean and the hotel staff were friendly .The check in process was smooth and swift .The room was spacious ,clean and the bed was comfortable .The hotel offers a delicious buffet ,and hotel guests get a discount .There is seafood ,meat ,sides and dessert .A special thank you to Cissie Yang ,she left a cute birthday note to me .I would definitely come back .
