Guiyang Hotels with Wi-Fi

The best five-star hotel in Guiyang has been open for more than ten years, and its appearance is amazing. Standing by Guanshan lake, the service is first-class, and I feel the enthusiasm of Guiyang people. On my friend's birthday, the hotel specially prepared surprise room layout, afternoon tea, Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, comfortable environment and complete dishes. Because of a lot of luggage, my colleagues in the concierge department helped me carry my luggage several times. When I left, my sister at the front desk borrowed a power supply for me because my mobile phone was broken. When I first wrote a comment, I was moved and warm by my colleagues and friends at Hyatt Guiyang. Thank Christine, Fanny and all my colleagues for their hard work. I suggest you, especially after 00 o'clock, stay in Hyatt Regent Hotel and cancel all family accommodation and online red hotel. Disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Room was clean and comfortable - really spacious bathroom. Fitness center was large with lots of equipment. But service was mediocre. Check-in was slow and everyone just seemed alarmed to have to deal with a westerner (even though I am Chinese-speaking!) Smoking in the public areas and the lobby is huge and dated, few seats. It just doesn’t have the luxurious and welcoming feel of a good hotel! Just spent 3 weeks staying in guesthouse across Yunnan and we got much better welcome and service for a third of the price! Oh and the location is not great for tourists. The only redeeming feature is a huge slick mall a few blocks away.

Regardless of the position of the service staff, both boys and girls are good-looking. They may not have particularly beautiful faces, but you can feel that the hotel is tolerant of employees having their own tastes and styles, so everyone has a good aesthetic sense. The music in the lobby is also very tasteful. Downstairs is Aduo Cloud Warehouse. I took a quick look. Although it is not the category I would buy and eat, if you like to take pictures and check in, it should be quite good. There seems to be a famous gold medal coffee shop in Guiyang nearby. In short, for the service and hygiene, it is right that I will continue to stay in this hotel in the future.

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

We were given an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. All the staff including the manager were courteous and extremely helpful, going out of their way to give us directions and transportation information to places we wanted to visit. The metro station is about 200metres away and there’s a basement food court about 50metres away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location. 2-night stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

We upgraded our room to the executive floor. Yoro helped us experience the afternoon tea on the executive floor and introduced nearby places to eat and play. The service was very good and very consistent with the brand image of Renaissance. It was a perfect ending to our one-week trip to Guizhou. I will choose Renaissance again when I come to Guiyang next time.

Although dated .. still rather comfortable .  We were given high tea upon arriving . Great breakfast catering for both oriental  and western . Mr Ting  丁, serves and speaks  English at breakfast room … saving my husband ( 老外) from adding sour cream into his cereal !  One disappointment with the Cantonese restaurant . The roast platter was full of fatty meat . But the manager was very kind , upon complain and us not eating it , he took the price off the bill .  Will still recommend .
