Guiyang Hotels with Wifi

This hotel gave me a big surprise. I came to Guizhou from Shanghai and stayed in Guiyang for one night. I chose this hotel. I feel that the price-performance ratio is good. The front desk was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had children, we upgraded to an executive room. It was bigger! I was touched after entering the room! The room is really super big and there is a bathtub. The key is that the details are well done! The bedding is very comfortable and soft! I went to Qianling Mountain Park on the first day and my legs were almost broken from walking! Fortunately, I had a comfortable bath in this hotel and fell asleep at 9 o'clock. I had a good sleep. It was so comfortable! If I have the opportunity to stay in Guiyang again, I would like to stay here again! Hygiene, environment, service, and facilities are all 5 points!

1. The service process is very smooth. After I asked for my room number during breakfast, I returned to the room 40 minutes after dinner and the room had been cleaned. This means that when I was eating, the restaurant directly notified the housekeeping department, and the housekeeping department cleaned the room as quickly as possible during my meal, and compressed the process within 40 minutes, which is very good. 2. Unlike the butler of a certain Ji who disappeared, the private butler of Zhenbo will say good night every night, ask morning and inform today's temperature and weather in the morning. And remind that if you don't have time for breakfast, you can dial 0 to let the restaurant deliver bread, fruit and salad to the room for dinner. And be on call at any time 24 hours a day. 3. The process standard is high and the training is in place. When checking in, a concierge will take the guests from the hotel gate to the elevator, and then the butler team will take over, accompany the guests to check in and help the guests take their luggage to the room; the details such as the waiter in the French restaurant helping the guests pull the chair are very comprehensive, which means that the overall standard of the Zhenbo team is high and well-trained, and the process is clear. 4. Breakfast time is 7:30-13:00. Breakfast and lunch are eaten together, so you can sleep in peacefully. 5. The amenities are sincere enough. The minibar is rich and can be replenished unlimitedly. The razor is of good quality (the wooden handle razor is similar to the one in Chengdu Boshe). The night bed service provides facial masks and diptyque lotion. The toiletries are all diptyque small bottles. The tea products provide the same tea products as Chengdu Boshe, JING. This is a hotel with absolutely no shortcomings (special thanks to the housekeeper Gina).

The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and patiently answered any questions I had. They also prepared small gifts for guests. The only downside to the room was that the carpet was too dirty and looked dirty. Everything else was fine.

Certainly lives up to its name as a hotel supporting the Guiyang North Station. Very easy to Didi to and from the station, taking less than 5 minutes either way. There is also a drop-off service provided. The hotel designated driver was a very helpful and polite young man. Walking to the hotel from the station is also possible, but can be slightly more complicated. (1) you will need to exit the station at the far end and go up to the open platform area (2) walk towards an underpass, there are some silver railings (3) enter the underpass and walk all the way through, there are hotel directional signs from here. (4) up the escalator and you have reached.

We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in several cities with our dog. This hotel is absolutely ranked first in all aspects! ! ! First of all, the staff in all departments of the hotel are very warm and friendly, customer-oriented, and considerate of guests! Special thanks to Miss Jiang Jiang at the front desk, the service is super considerate! Then, the location is very good, and popular attractions such as Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyun Market are two or three kilometers away! There is also a subway station about 100 meters from the hotel! Finally, the breakfast is delicious (sour soup beef noodles, delicious!) The hygiene is also very good. When checking out and waiting for the elevator, I saw the auntie finish cleaning, and there were other aunties checking and disinfecting each room! (Extra event: After breakfast in the morning, I wrapped two eggs and two sausages with toilet paper for the dog. When I was waiting for the elevator to go back to the room in the breakfast court, the restaurant) The lady saw it and wanted to pack a box for me. I said: No, it’s for the dog. The lady said: There is no difference for the dog, you can also use a box! ! ! ! Although it is a small thing, it really reflects the service tenet of this store, not a slogan, and every staff member is very good! ) I highly recommend this store! ! ! ! ! ! I will come again next time! ! ! ! !

The mini program can be bound to the guest to open the door without a room card. It is really practical for people like us who lose things easily. The quilt in the room is soft and very comfortable. (Then I just lay in the hotel all day and didn't want to go out orz) The towels provided were also very clean, without any peculiar smell, and could be used with confidence. The toilet is a smart toilet. Not only does it come with disposable toilet covers, but it also feels warm every time you sit on it, which is just right for such cold weather, hahaha. There is also a washing machine and dryer, which is super useful! ! Washing and drying clothes is quite fast. Clothes can be washed in 48 minutes and dried in less than 3 hours. Facilities: The lobby is on the 33rd floor, and the high-altitude view is very nice, overlooking the city view of Guiyang and Jiaxiu Building. Drinks and coffee snacks are available in the lobby. The butler took it to the room and gave a detailed introduction. It can be seen that the room selection is very attentive, L'Occitane's washing and care, Dyson hair dryer. Hygiene: The whole room is cleaned in great detail, giving people a sense of home, very warm.
