And the hotel staff are of high quality and look very pleasing to the eye🧎♀️ The hotel's gym is 24 hours, and the existing equipment can already meet basic fitness needs, and the facilities feel very good. The auntie at the gym was also very enthusiastic about introducing the services in the gym, and actively asked if anyone needed help. The gym also has daily fruits and voss mineral water for self-service, and towels are provided. Room: There are smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms that can be selected according to needs. Bedding can also be selected according to your pillow habits, and bedtime desserts (estimated to be around 7 o'clock) and night bed service (estimated to be around 5:30) are provided every night. The toiletries in the room are Diptyque, and the fragrance and feel of use are very good. The room is soundproof and lightproof, and the stay experience is very good. The only thing to note may be that the room does not have smart control. The Mini Bar in the room is free and replenished daily, and fruits are delivered daily. Food: The dinner and afternoon tea products in the set meal are remarkable, and the moon-fall osmanthus wine in the bar is also delicious! The breakfast options are also very high.

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

I went to Guiyang on a business trip and booked the Convention and Exhibition Center Hotel online. When I checked in, the staff Xiao Xuan upgraded me for free. The room has a bathtub and the area is quite large. The room is clean and tidy. Fruits were also given when I checked in. They were very fresh. The overall stay experience was very good. Parking is also free. You can just enter the license plate at the front desk. The price/performance ratio is good. There is a shopping mall opposite, which is also very convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a gym and a laundry room with a dryer on the fourth floor. It is very cost-effective and I recommend everyone to stay.

I'm already a returning customer. From the first time I stayed at this hotel, I've chosen to stay here every time I come to Guanshanhu District! Their store is my only choice in Guanshanhu District! It was a two-way rush with Gu Nai~ But no matter how many times I come, I will be moved by the service attitude of the staff 😭 When checking in, the front desk lady and brother make people feel at ease like going home. When it comes to eat in the morning, the staff serves all the people who come to eat in an orderly manner. (PS: Here I want to talk about a point that touched me. When I was having breakfast, I saw the cabinet where yogurt was placed. The staff was breaking a bunch of yogurt one by one, and a bunch of straws were also broken one by one, which was convenient for everyone to take. I was really moved 🥺) The room is still as clean as ever, and there is no need to worry about hygiene! The sound insulation effect is also very good. I had a good sleep and felt great~🥳And this time I came, I found that all the ingredients used for breakfast are from big brands. They don’t buy cheap and unknown ingredients at a low price due to high demand. For example, when the staff adds bread slices, they are all made of Taoli, which makes people feel at ease! In short, this is the hotel I have stayed in so far that truly puts customers at heart and gives people a customer-oriented feeling. Coming here makes people feel relaxed and comfortable, just like coming home 😍There are only zero and countless times to come to Gu Nai! ! !

The hotel is surrounded by a very good environment, with cherry blossoms on the roadside, which is very photogenic. There are free roasted sweet potatoes and tea in the lobby. The interior decoration is unique. There are rich and varied breakfasts, both Chinese and Western. There is also free afternoon tea. The drinks taste very good. The room bedding is comfortable, the room is spacious and bright, the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to the subway station. I will choose Xiaoan [Rose] next time I come.

When I came to Guiyang for tourism, I saw the hotel's push and couldn't help but click on it. This is a newly opened hotel last year. It is clean and hygienic. The hotel decoration style is very characteristic of Guizhou ethnic minorities. There are many butterfly decorations in the Miao Village Suite where I stayed. After listening to the staff's introduction, I learned that it is called ”Butterfly Mother”. It is a totem used by the local Miao people to send blessings. I feel full of blessings when I live in it. Hahaha, it's good. I will choose to stay next time if I have the chance.

The check-in experience was very nice and satisfactory. It is a hotel with ethnic style and full of book fragrance. The guest rooms are very clean. The service of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and the airport. There are many snacks downstairs, which makes travel convenient. The room facilities are very complete. If I come to Guiyang again, I will choose this hotel again. 5-star recommendation!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.We were very satisfied with our stay.The room was big.The bed was comfortable.there was a small table in the room but only one chair.I don't know why 1 chair in twin bedroom.If you book the hotel with breakfast.You have to come down from 8 floor to have breakfast at the noodle shop from 8.00-10.00 am. And your breakfast was only a cup of noodle.My first experience to have noodle for breakfast.Anyway this hotel is highly recommended.(not breakfast) .It was in walking distance to go to railway station where metro was. You can see the railway station from your room.

Starting from Lincheng West Road on Metro Line 1, the building of the ”Herun Jinya” hotel is right there. Several hotels share one building (there seem to be quite a few hotels like this in Guiyang). Take the elevator down to the underground first floor and turn left to the lobby (you don't need to consider this route if you take a taxi or drive); the transportation is convenient, very close to Line 1, and it is convenient to go to Guiyang North Station; walk from Line 1 to the hotel, there are snacks such as hot pot along the way, and the original beef noodle soup with sauerkraut at a Huaxi beef noodle shop next to it is very appetizing; it is close to Chengxin South Road, and the cherry blossoms are blooming all the way in March, which is very beautiful; there are also many delicious foods nearby, and it is close to the Red Street Night Market.
