The hotel is clean and tidy. The housekeeper Xiao Zheng is warm and polite. It was too late when I checked in, so I couldn't print out the information. The lady helped me a lot. The hotel environment is very nice. There is a swimming pool and a back garden at the back, and breakfast is available on the first floor, which is quite rich. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room which is quite convenient. Next to it is Xiputuo Temple and Outlets, as well as Quanhu Park subway station. Eating is also very convenient, and takeaway can be delivered directly to the door of the room. Check-out is also very convenient, and guests will not be kept waiting. In the morning, a lady named Rao was on duty. When I was packing my bags, she was very considerate and helped me fill in the parking ticket information. Haha, it is a very warm hotel. The only suggestion I want to make is that the parking ticket is still not very convenient. It would be better if the computer at the front desk and the parking system at the door could synchronize the tenant's vehicle information. It was raining when I left in the morning, and although I just opened the window and handed a note to the doorman, it still felt inconvenient.

I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly. I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this. The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming. We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\ Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. Honestly, I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Guiyang. I truly, truly loved my stay!

Room rates didn't increase during the peak travel period of Golden Week, and the front desk staff even upgraded us to a superior room free of charge upon check-in, along with complimentary breakfast. Their service was simply outstanding! Whether meeting someone or entering the elevator, they greeted us wherever they passed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, children of all heights ate free, which was truly exceptional at many hotels! The hotel was clean, and they provided free water and drinks daily!
