My room, 818, was upgraded after I called ahead, which was a very thoughtful gesture. It also came equipped with a mini-fridge and a massager. While I don't frequently stay at InterContinental properties, I was very grateful for these thoughtful touches. As I have a sleep disorder, I always travel with my CPAP machine, and the cleanliness of the room is crucial for a good night's sleep. I was delighted that the room was impeccably clean, with virtually no dust. When I found the standard pillow uncomfortable, the manager kindly provided a memory foam pillow for me. Although the breakfast selection wasn't particularly extensive, the staff member at the breakfast entrance asking for room numbers seemed a bit stiff, and the laundry room was inconveniently located with too few machines and no staff available for overnight drying assistance, the overall stay was still very comfortable. All Seasons has always been our first choice for accommodation outside the hotel, and its cleaning work is also very good. However, two things made me very unhappy last night. At 12 o'clock, they asked me to pack my luggage and change to a new room. The new room still had the same problem. I think the service of the Four Seasons Hotel should not be like this. There is only perfunctory and negative handling, and it feels that there is no way to complain. The front desk can't tell her her work number and name. Aren't direct service personnel like the front desk supervised by us? Only evasion? Finally, we told the front desk last night that we didn't change the room and asked her to come up to get the room card. The front desk told her to leave it in the room. As a result, they used their own card to open it twice in the morning, saying that they came to see the problem last night. This really made our experience very bad. Best wishes.

First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

The first time I booked this hotel, I originally booked a king-size bed room at a very favorable price. The front desk lady was very friendly and took the initiative to upgrade us to a large suite. She also gave us a small gift as a surprise. Soon after we arrived in the room, the waiter brought us a plate of fruit, which made us feel the warmth of home! There is a food street near the hotel. In the evening, I just found a ”Tiantian Killing Pig Rice” nearby. The portion of the dishes was very large, the taste was very good, and the price was cheap. The hotel breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety of Western pastries and fruits, and milk, coffee, and soy milk are all available. The hotel is close to the entrance and exit of the highway, and it is very convenient to get on the highway. It is the best choice for tourists who drive by themselves. Five-star praise!

We really liked this hotel. The room was very exciting for our son, and very clean and comfortable. The smart features were useful and the bath was huge! We had a slight issue with the bath, but they called someone to come fix it with no fuss. Lots of nice little touches, such as free ginger tea at the front desk and a cute toothbrush for the little one. We will definitely stay there again.

Business trip is the right choice! The core location of Guanshan Lake District, 6 minutes walk from the convention and exhibition center, no need to hurry to participate in the exhibition. There are business coffee shops and 24-hour printing shops in the surrounding 3 minutes away. It is super convenient to change documents and talk about customers temporarily. The freshly ground coffee in the convenience store downstairs can be packaged directly. The room is spacious, the office area is equipped with double charging ports and eye protection desk lamps, clean and odorless, the bedding is soft, and a night's sleep can completely relieve the fatigue of the road, and the efficiency is directly full!

The room was good, spacious and clean, and the hotel had free parking. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Vientiane City for 10 minutes, closer to the subway, turn left when you go out, it is very convenient to travel. Insufficient: There is no door in the bathroom, which is a bit embarrassing. The bath and toilet area are glass doors. If you live in the store, it is recommended to ** takeaway breakfast. The hotel's breakfast variety is small and the taste is not good.

The service of this hotel is really great. I just came to the lobby and I feel that the environment is very good. The hotel front desk service is very professional and check-in is very fast. I finished drinking the mineral water in my room at night. The room attendant was really fast in delivering water. It’s fast and the service attitude is very good. I was even worried that I didn’t have enough to drink and gave me two bottles of water. I went to the restaurant to eat in the morning.
