Hotel services are excellent

Thanks to receptionist Jack for special arranging the room and great help, big thanks to HSKP for decorating the room and birthday gift set up. Nice hotel with good facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Guiyang. The facilities are gorgeous and the service was outstanding. We were there on a Monday and it was really quiet -- the hotel seemed pretty empty-- so not all of the facilities were open, for example the lobby bar was closed. But the staff went out of their way to ensure we were fed and happy. I think they kept the restaurant open just for us, it seemed. At the front desk, 小苹果 (who goes by "Apple") was outstanding. She made sure every element of our visit was good and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend staying here and at other Anantara resorts, they do a great job.

The housekeeper Apple also provided very good service. She upgraded our room in advance, arranged the hotel's activities and introduced the hotel's various activities and arrangements in advance.
