We had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Guiyang. The facilities are gorgeous and the service was outstanding. We were there on a Monday and it was really quiet -- the hotel seemed pretty empty-- so not all of the facilities were open, for example the lobby bar was closed. But the staff went out of their way to ensure we were fed and happy. I think they kept the restaurant open just for us, it seemed. At the front desk, 小苹果 (who goes by "Apple") was outstanding. She made sure every element of our visit was good and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend staying here and at other Anantara resorts, they do a great job.

The only thing is that the toilet is old and not very sensitive; Sanitation: Satisfactory, no dead corners, good breakfast, room; Environment: The greening rate is extremely high, covered with various plants, forest oxygen bar; Service: Responsive, super rich parent-child activities, smiling face when entering the door, no situation of not taking luggage, Apple manager is very enthusiastic; Jinghong travel photography experience: I still like to take a quiet and simple photo in the hotel, more like myself, no need to mobilize a large number of people, very satisfied!
