Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff Xiao Hu who ensured a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The menu boasted a diverse range of delectable dishes, each prepared with great attention to detail. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a culinary delight. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was visually appealing. The restaurant staff provided excellent recommendations and displayed a deep knowledge of the menu, further enhancing the overall dining experience.

You can imagine how chaotic it is inside. To be fair, Wenfan's room is very cramped and small, and without services, what advantages does Wenfan have except for its geographical location? Besides, the only remaining night tour of Qingyan, I also participated in the previous activities. The staff enthusiastically introduced it to us, and as a local, I also listened with relish. The current activities are more like a perfunctory one. The staff took everyone for a walk, but they couldn't remember the words of the explanation, and their voices were low. Later, they just chatted with two tourists next to them. We were bored and went home halfway through the walk. The staff didn't notice it at all. I can only say that the management is too chaotic. On the day of check-in, there seemed to be some kind of meeting in the hotel. People were taking pictures everywhere. There were also many people in the teahouse, which was noisy. When we saw us go over, it was closed, and the experience was not very good. In addition, the package I bought had a 100 yuan threshold-free dining voucher, but when I went to the restaurant that night, I was told that I could not use it because there was only a buffet that night. However, there was no such statement in the purchase details. The hotel is in the scenic area, and there are many places to eat around.
