Super Hotel Namba Nipponbashi Reviews

Room size is expected in Japan but it has everything you need. Location is great, near doutonburi and Namba. Nearest train station is Nipponbashi and 10mins walk to Namba, which has a rapid train to Kansai Airport. Do note if you require room service, have to put the sign before 9am. Check out is 10am and if you need any additional items, can get from L2 front desk.

Budget, Business hotel.  No frills.  Free breakfast.. had a happy hour as well.  Very friendly staff.  Location was great…close to all the shopping, and food experiences. Near the Metro station.  It is not a full service hotel, enough to satisfy a solo traveller on a budget.  Thank you..It was a wonderful stay.  Will definitely rebook and stay again

Very near train station - importantly this station can take you to kansai airport for only 970Y (cab is way way more expensive). Hotel also near dotonburi & shinsaibashi shopping area. Best of all, there is great breakfast daily - organic based n very delicious! This is a great super hotel in osaka - will patronise again for sure! NB : love the robo dog in the lobby!

Good location, simple but nice breakfast, drinks bar in the afternoon till 8pm was great, good service from the staff.

Room super small with 2 twin beds inside. Serviced only by one lift and front desk undergoing renovations. Reception on 2nd floor of this very narrow hotel.Breakfast service limited options and in terms of value, and proximity, better choices nearer to Namba station. However if you wish for a no frills hotel, where I can pick up pillows, sleep wear and limited toiletries, this may be a good choice.

Very small room, pillow is awful. Elevator is very small and slow. Other than that, great place: very clean, nice breakfast, ! small bath !. Location is nearly perfect

Good location if youd like to be in the center of fun. Good quality you can expect from Super hotels. The only and the really annoying probmlem is that the ventilation in the closet cant be switched off. It is noisy, and not only noisy, its vibrating. Its something like sleeping in the train :)

I had a bit of trouble with my booking but Kubo cared and watched over me while I attempted to resolve the issue.  She was very patient and understanding with the situation.  A mega thanks to Kubo and her team assisting me. Extra amenities can be found in second floor, and the meeting area is great for gathering.   Bathroom is a bit smaller than other rooms but is well enough for a solo traveler. Ease to Namba station, Nippombashi, and the metro. Would undeniably stay here again.

This is one the better hotels I have stayed in. They do so many things that other hotels could learn from. The check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. They have a "pillow menu" right by the lobby with a selection of many different types of pillows to choose from as well as a drawer or amenities you can take and Pyjamas you can borrow. They also have a free drink bar from 2 - 8 pm each day. The room was very comfortable. They don't clean unless you request it and you can do that by putting a magnet on the front of the door. This is how you check out as well. This is possible because they have no room keys, instead you get a pin code for the door. Breakfast was also really well thought out - with small portions set out at a time. This keeps the food fresh and reduces waste. On top of all this, the location is very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location, near every where. Small room for solo travel. Thoughtful provision of custom amenities and extra pillow for self selection.

We booked for 2 adults and only 1 set of toiletries found in room, however the front desk staff were really polite and friendly and assisted us. Loved their service. Room is very compact, aircon got a bit funky in the middle of the night. Breakfast is provided and there were several options. Drinks (soda and wine) are provided from 2pm until 8 pm. I thought there was an onsen in this hotel from the reviews and the poster in the lift, however the staff said there is no onsen in hotel.

nice hotel, good location, the stuffs friendly, they can speak english, convient store at the ground floor. satify for me.

Small rooms, only one lift for the entire hotel. Otherwise all good.
