The receptionists are friendly and nice. They will explain everything to you includes to do list in Guilin. The hotel is near to the tourist spots. However, the air conditioner of my room cannot work well and water leakage. However, they switch me to a new room and upgrade me to a bigger room.

Receptionist is very helpful, they allowed early check in. Location is also near all of the tourist spots. Overall, I had a great stay.

The location was excellent and the facilities were generally very good. However, there were a couple of unfortunate experiences that impacted our stay. My friend and I used the laundry service, but unfortunately, some of our clothing was returned noticeably shrunk. Additionally, my jewellery bag went missing during our stay. I believe it may have accidentally fallen on the floor and was mistaken for trash during the cleaning service. We raised the issue at check-out, but the staff denied any knowledge of it. I am certain the bag was in the room during our stay and it was not among our belongings when we packed, which was quite disappointing. It was even more disappointing that the cleaning staff sounded very judgemental and it almost felt like they blamed us for having too much luggage. The denial of proper responsibility of losing valuable belonging was really disappointing.

The reception is good! The first day we arrived, he saw us took a lot of things from the car, even we haven’t check in or whatever, he came out and try to help us to take it! Super nice, kind, and helpful guy!!!

Rooms were compact but well equipped, with a clothes dryer atop the bathroom and a foldable clothes hanging bar below it which we find really handy. The beds were comfortable. A common room with washing machines is on the 4th floor. Reception staff is super friendly and helpful. They even have a robot to deliver the delivery food received to your room. We were surprised by the complimentary gift of local goodies bag when we check-out. Yummy! The hotel is within walking distance to the Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area and the Zhenyang Pedestrian Street.where street food is aplenty. Recommend to try 海天腸粉 for rice rolls with filling and 花橋榮記 for Guilin noodle, both within easy reach from.the hotel. Will definitely stay there again and record mmend to friends and family! .

Everything was perfect. The hotel is situated in a lively yet slightly quieter area, surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants and shops. It is conveniently located at the midpoint between Jingjiang Princes’ Palace and the Two Rivers & Four Lakes Scenic Area, both about a 20-minute walk away. The front desk service was impeccable—polite, helpful, and attentive. They provide information about the surroundings and transportation via WeChat, which is especially convenient. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-appointed, with a high-end feel. No detail was overlooked; for example, the bathroom floor was heated, and the provided tea was delightful. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin! The location is perfect – central enough to reach everything easily, yet in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The hotel itself is well-equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would definitely stay here again!
