Room was very spacious and clean. Allowed me to check in early. The wall-controlled shade and curtain is a nice touch. You have to insert your room card into the wall slot for power. I also utilized the communal washing machine, which is a nice amenity.

The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and long distance bus station. Super convenient! Rooms are spacious and clean. There are convenient stores and eateries nearby, as well as a big supermarket inside a medium sized mall. We had some issues/complaints and management was very quick in responding and resolving the problem.  If you enjoy a cup of tea, do bring your own, since Lavande does not provide teabags for basic room types, even though it says on their website that they do.

I stayed at Lavande all the way when I was traveling by car. The room facilities were clean and sanitary, the bedding was comfortable, and the room attendants were enthusiastic. I recommend it to friends who are traveling or on business. It is a trustworthy hotel chain.

After entering the door, there are stains on the table, big holes on the bed sheets, and the sofa is also dirty. It just looks dirty. This hotel may not have high standards for itself. The gym equipment is also broken. The location is also average, quite far away. The only good thing is that there is a charging station in the basement, and the car can be left there to charge overnight, but it is a slow charge and will take a long time.

I am the guest of 1103. First of all, the lady who helped check in on the afternoon of the 4th had a very good service attitude, was very warm and gentle, and was very considerate to upgrade the room type and gave me two dinner coupons, which was great! The entrance to the hotel is a one-way street. When we checked out, the front desk heard us saying that we would drive up to pick up our luggage.
