The hotel was relatively new and staff members were responsive. However, for similar price, we usually get a lot more value-add services from peer hotels. For example, the butler service would have proactively checked in on us and offered turn-down services, which was not the case here. While there were supposed to be a range of amenities, like singing bowls etc., most were unavailable. Nor were there gym or pool open. The restaurant was quite slow to serve, despite there were only three tables. Given the location is a bit remote, this made staying unexpectedly boring. If you were expecting a staycation, I wouldn’t say this is the right place. Otherwise if just a quiet place to chill for a night, maybe.

Kind of far from train station but it was totally worth it. Located between mountains, very cozy place. Perfect to escape from big city stress. Nice breakfast, lake with boats, swimming pool and gym. Not far from local landmarks.

The Song Hotel is nestled in the beautiful Guilin Mountains. The room was comfortable and stylish with a lovely round bath to soak in. The Hotel Lobby features beautiful artworks. The restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty dishes. Photography yin traditional Miao clothing is offered.

staffs are very friendly, Sierra Jiang, the manager is very professional, Quiling Ma, the front desk and Demon Li, the concierge guy and other team were all great team. Resort is real serene and peaceful place to escape from crowd. Buffet was all great. great value to families.

Resort is very beautiful, location, scenery and style. Only problem is lack of customers which probably led to low staff, restaurants and activity. Staff are very friendly though and bed quality is one of the best we have used during our holidays. Water pressure in bathrooms are not strong enough and low supply of water, tea, coffee and toiletries. Spa was mediocre. If the above software can be improved, we don’t mind going back again.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, great rooms, and a very high cost-effectiveness. The housekeeper Yaoyao's service is very considerate and thoughtful. If any friends come to Guilin to play, they will definitely recommend Songpin, which is really great.

Overall, I was satisfied. The room has a high ceiling and is not duplex, so it is not stuffy. I was not bitten by mosquitoes during the May Day holiday. The customer service responded quickly to various requests, which is very important for people who come with the elderly and children. Thank you to Xiao Wu, Xiao Long, Xiao Huang, Yao Yao at the concierge, and Master Tao of the shuttle bus.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and fresh air. It is extremely comfortable to walk around the hotel. The room is large with a yard. Yaoyao at the front desk is very considerate and responsive. I had a very pleasant stay!

It was a great stay experience. I felt relieved to travel with my family. The beautiful lady Xiao Wu at the front desk was very professional in checking me in. She solved all the problems I had during my stay. I am looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel is in the Sunac Resort Hotel Cluster, but except for the front desk, guest rooms and breakfast room, other facilities including restaurants, gym, swimming pool and entertainment facilities are all from the next door Steigenberger Hotel. The service is OK, although there were some problems during the period, but the front desk solved them all. The guest rooms are in the form of villas, the rooms are quite large, and there are yards, but there are no smart toilets. There are few brands of breakfast and buffet, but there are folk song and dance performances and fireworks shows outside the Steigenberger Hotel on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Ctrip's package also gives tickets to the next door Sunac Sea World. The hotel itself also has some entertainment projects, such as kayaking, cycling, fishing and feeding black swans, but there are not many types.

The environment is beautiful, the air is especially good, and it makes you feel relaxed and happy. Just the front desk service is a bit dark. The free travel photography session was not available until the next day after my stay, which was a bit frustrating. The only facilities for children are the game room of the hotel next door, but it is very small. It would be a good place for adults to rest and recuperate.

The hotel is very large, with a nice environment, very quiet, and surrounded by green plants. It feels like being in nature. Whether it is walking or taking pictures, you can harvest full of joy and good memories! The hotel service staff has a very good attitude, actively greets, and answers all questions. The front desk Xiao Wu, Xiao Qin, and the shuttle bus Xiao Wen provide thoughtful and meticulous service!

The housekeeper Jiang Sisi is very enthusiastic and provides good service. Cleaning is very timely. The scenery is very beautiful. Fireworks show at 19:30. A good hotel for friends to travel. The photos are also very good. It is worth visiting twice.

Very satisfied. I hope that China's real resort hotels will get better and better and flourish! Don't be replaced by the messy Internet celebrity hotels.
