Overall the hotel experience was pleasant. Sometimes, it was difficult to explain to hotel staff what we needed but overall, a nice property. The location is a little further out of the city.

The room is spacious and the environment is elegant, but it is a little far from the city center, so taxis can be congested on weekdays.

This hotel is really great! The environment is very clean, the rooms are beautifully designed and make people feel relaxed. In particular, the bed was very soft and the pillows had just the right amount of support, allowing me to sleep peacefully and comfortably throughout the night. Very satisfied with this stay!

This is the hotel that we liked the most in Guatemala, it has a colonial touch that we love, large and spacious rooms, luxury details in all areas of the hotel, a fantastic stay, we recommend it and hope to return soon!

The overall decor of the hotel is too medieval or religious, and the colors/patterns are a bit too scary. I won't bother you next time.
