The hotel sent us a surprise birthday cake on my husband’s birthday. We came back at night and found a birthday cake on the side table. My mom’s felt cold at night even we’ve adjusted the air conditioning. The staff arranged a heater in her room. Great service. Convenient location. Value for money. Highly recommend.

An excellent hotel, has absolutely everything a weary traveler needs! The service at the reception was smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, comfortable, imeccably clean and had all the facilities a traveler might expect. The bed was comfy, both the room and the bathroom were large and, to top it all, we had an excellent window view of Tianhe skyscrapers. The Canton Tower was also visible from the window. The breakfast was sumptous, catering to both European and Asian tastes. The level of service at the French restaurant was outstanding and the food yummi. Considering the level of service and comfort, we found the hotel to be good value. There is plenty of restuarants and stores outside the hotel and an attractive bar downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to any guests, both European and Asian!

Quality 5 star hotel in a good location. Room was well cleaned daily. You’re near ICC and other buildings with amenities. What didn’t work well at all were the pillows and bed which are very very soft. If you have a back problem, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou in the Two Bedroom Executive suite was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of comfort and convenience offered. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to enjoy restful nights after long days of exploring the city. The internet speed was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected with family and friends through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. We particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom, featuring a luxurious bathtub with great view! The warm water available from all the taps in the apartment and heated toilet seats were a delightful touch. The well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient, with kettles, bowls, plates, cups, utensils and a large fridge. We also appreciated the availability of dishwashing and laundry liquids, making it easy to maintain our space. The washing machine and dryer were user-friendly, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The daily housekeeping service was outstanding, ensuring we always returned to a fresh and tidy environment. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests we had. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The location couldn't be more ideal—surrounded by a variety of restaurants, massage options, and shopping, with the MRT station conveniently located just downstairs. This made exploring Guangzhou incredibly easy and enjoyable. Overall, our experience at Fraser Suites Guangzhou was outstanding, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. My stay at the hotel was wonderful, The staff english speakers that was friendly and attentive, both in the reception and concierge (Annie and Tony), always making sure that I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The breakfast was good with western and chinese food. I got early before the official check-in time and get the room immediately, The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped, with great view of Guangzhou. The location was good near the east railway station and metro ＜1km.

Had a short stay at this hotel with my parents during our trip in Guangdong. Its indoor pool indeed is the catching point when I searched through my hotel choice. And it ends up to be a very satisfactory experience when we tried it. My mom and dad just love the pool so much - size is reasonable and it's very clean, the lighting makes it look stylish too. Other than the indoor pool, I also like its location...just a few steps to a few shopping malls where you can find a variety of shops and numerous restaurants. That's so convenient for short stay visitors to the place. Room is spacious, just that the hotel has a bit of age so I think the design is a little old and outdated. Overall, our stay at the hotel is a very pleasant one.
