Guangzhou Hotels with Airport pickup service

Hotel is a very short walk from the station it is convenient for food and close proximity to everything however taxi is blocking the entire road and therefore you need to walk to another street in order to call for a ride using any ride share Our room spelled like smoking room even tho it says no smoking had to change room. Temperature in the room barely changed as they refused to turn on the central air Overall was a decent stay they changed our room but our second room was much older and many of the room walls washroom seemed a bit dated

An excellent hotel, has absolutely everything a weary traveler needs! The service at the reception was smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, comfortable, imeccably clean and had all the facilities a traveler might expect. The bed was comfy, both the room and the bathroom were large and, to top it all, we had an excellent window view of Tianhe skyscrapers. The Canton Tower was also visible from the window. The breakfast was sumptous, catering to both European and Asian tastes. The level of service at the French restaurant was outstanding and the food yummi. Considering the level of service and comfort, we found the hotel to be good value. There is plenty of restuarants and stores outside the hotel and an attractive bar downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to any guests, both European and Asian!

It’s my 4th time staying at Asia international hotel and this time I was impressed with their newly refurbished rooms. I was also upgraded to Suit at no extra cost. Location is perfect specially for Muslim travellers as it’s close to most halal restaurants in Guangzhou. Staff are polite and helpful as always. They also added new Turkish restaurant at ground floor which is a bonus. Will definitely book here again next time I travel to Guangzhou.

Stayed with my wife and 9 month old daughter for x 2 nights. Breakfast was excellent- server brought us hot drinks straight away each morning and there was a huge selection of food. We also had an evening meal on the 2nd floor restaurant and the food was very good quality. Room spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Well equipped gym with Technogym cardio and good range of free weights. Only downside was the hotel doors making loud noise when closing. Friendly, helpful staff- would stay again.

Excellent service by hotel staff in arranging for our online parcels to be delivered earlier. Special mention to staff called Ray🙂. I have been to Gz several times and this serviced apt is the best I’ve stayed in. However, there was a small incident which marred our trip before flying back. One of our friends wanted to take a cab to the airport, which I usually try not to as I prefer the subway cos I am wary of being scammed by the local drivers. The concierge helped us to call for 3 cabs, all red cabs. Halfway during the trip, driver switched off the screen till I asked for my meter to be displayed again. Upon reaching the airport, he claimed that the hotel staff told him he would be paid 200yuan instead of the metered fare of 150yuan. I was adamant there was no such arrangement. My friend in the other cabs also had the same experience and we gathered these 3 drivers were in cahoots with one another. One friend demanded he show them the metered fare while another friend thought it was an actual arrangement and ended up paying 210yuan. This friend was also earlier scammed by a red cab driver from the train station to the hotel. Our yellow cabs didn’t have this problem then. Although the amounts are not significant, the main issue is integrity. It is stressful to have to keep watching the meter running. Perhaps the hotel can advise the guests to pay according to the meter and not get scammed by unscrupulous cab drivers.

we stayed at the Hilton Tianhe in Guangzhou for one night and the service was amazing. Nicole from front office was around to ensure that nothing went wrong, and kimi at front-desk was very warm and friendly. The check-in also didn't take long. this gave us the feeling of being valued as guests. We were also given an extremely early check-in at 11am, and the 23rd story (the building has a total of 24 stories), and a nice birthday cake as an amenity. The price is reasonable and it is located a short walk away from the mrt (we used exit B2). Based on the hotel's TV information, a shuttle bus might be available, so do email them to ask. Overall, a great hotel to stay in the tianhe area. 我们在广州天河希尔顿酒店住了一晚。服务特棒 办理入住手续的时候，Nicole 在旁边协助, 确保一切都万无一失。 前台的 Kimi 也很友善，很有耐心的讲解一切的事项。感觉很温馨，让我们有“很受重视”的感觉。入住办理也不会久。酒店也给我们提早入住。 酒店也根据我们得要求给了高层的23楼房间 （酒店最高24层），还给我们做了蛋糕。对于我们的特殊要求，酒店做得非常完善。 价格合理，也离火车站不太远。 跟去酒店电视上的资料，酒店有免费巴士送往广州东火车站。最好是先问一下。 在天河区是一个非常值得入住的酒店

had a connecting room which is very good for family. buffet breakfast was good too. though variety is limited and does not change much daily, the taste is good and love the range of fresh bakeries everyday. they allow take aways too if you rush for time. the only improvement needed would be for the hotel Concierge staffs to be friendlier and more helpful.

Conveniently located near the subway and several malls with plenty of food options. The WiFi was good and allows access to all international websites

The location is very excellent, close to the metro station, markets and international restaurants. The staff are friendly, the room is good but needs attention to cleanliness. You can see dust in the corners and the bathroom doors are not clean at the top.

There is not many choices of food around the hotel. Found one decent local restaurant that serve hot foods. 7-Eleven is just next to the hotel and there are two stores available. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Great housekeeping. Fast check in and check out.
